I just placed an order for some EcoPure and I was wondering if the issues have been resolved. Not passing judgement, just trying to guage the turnaround. Anyone have any recent experiences? My order # is 1076 btw.

I ordered on last Friday (#1055). If the problems have been worked out, it should ship sometime today. If not, I guess we'll be in for one heck of a wait.

Ordered last Wednesday, order number in the single digit 1000's, still haven't received a tracking number.
Ordered last tuesday, still hasnt left IV. Going to cancel when I get home tonight and order from Heavens gifts. I usually try to avoid ordering from China due to the 7 day delivery time but now Im rethinking that stance since it takes even longer from a US based company.

Ordered last Wednesday. Still awaiting tracking info and a return to my email. Order number in the high 900's.
Order # 764: Ordered July 21, got tracking # from Endicia on July 24th, never reached the PO or me. Sent 3 emails and made 3 phone calls, NO RESPONSE to any of them. No clue where items are. Order was for 510 Enhanced Kit $125.00. Hmmmm, getting concerned already!
I ordered something else non-e-cig related from another company and USPS went from "Shipping Info Received" for like 3 days directly to "Arrival at Unit" (which means it's at my local P.O.) It's weird like that sometimes.
Just called and talked to Mark. I guess my order got lost somewhere between Ordering, Label being printed, and actual Shipping. Mark promised it would be shipped today. Now another wait and see. He said they were all caught up on shipping, mine just was misplaced somewhere. So, 2 weeks after ordering it may actually ship.
I ordered from Innovapor on 7/25. My order # is in the high 800's. I ordered a starter kit (the small one) and a few bottles of liquid to try out. I contacted Mark on the 31st as I hadn't heard anything and my status on the site was still "Pending". I received a reply from Mark saying that my order had shipped the day before I asked. I thanked him very much and asked for the tracking information. As of today I have no product and no tracking information. They just ignored my request. I don't know if this is just sloppy business or they were lying about my order having shipped in the first place.
I enjoy the one e-cig I managed to get shipped to me, by blu of all places! Yes the king of the bad reputation for e-cig orders managed to get it to me, 2 weeks late and after contacting them as well albeit. I swear these crappy businesses that can't keep stock or their word are going to send me running back to the analogs. At least I can get those when I want them. If you can't ship the product TELL YOU CUSTOMER THAT UP FRONT!!!

When I placed my order on Friday with IV, I also placed orders at Totally Wicked and dietcigs at the same time.
Both of my TW and dietcigs orders are sitting right here on my desk, 3 days after placing the orders. Too bad it's only juice and I can't actually use them yet. Check them out for on the ball turnaround.
Cool I will try TW and/or Diet. Though I understand the Blu is the redheaded stepchild of the e-cig world I at least have it in hand and I need something to refill with. They are now up to 4-6 weeks before they will ship so reordering from them is pointless at the moment. I can't wait to try a 510 from all I have heard, but wait I shall. I'm almost totally off the analogs in less than a week, Thanks for your help keeping it that way.
I meant dietsmokes, BTW. Hopefully your order from IV will arive today or tomorrow. Sometimes Priority Mail's 2 day delivery time can turn into 3-4.
I'm personally willing to accept a 48 business hour turnaround time from ordering to shipping from IV since they do take the time to charge up all the batteries and double check that all the PCC's they send out function properly.

To be fair IV did inherit an already grumpy e-cig customer. I would not be happy about the long wait time, and no tracking information even after asking someone directly either way. Not a great first impression. You make a reasonable point though. I should give them the benefit of the doubt if it shows up tomorrow.

My order is #977. I put it in on 7/28 and it hasn't shipped yet. My order is still processing according to the website. I'm fairly annoyed. I wish I had just coughed up the extra $10 to order elsewhere. Live and learn, I guess.

in my Ecig research journey i have found a company in IL that sells ECO i ahd already ordered my stuff form IV and got it but i am thinking i may give them a try. cignot is the name, check them out.

i was at that point as well when my shipment came. i do want more parts and juice and i am just not sure i should order from IV as much as i want to. i looked up cignot in the forum but have not found much on them. they only have 24mg Eco but they do have a 510 kit with no box for 35 bucks, 40 shipped thats not bad at all. i am just weary or ordering form some that i cant find info on. i might just try a juice order and see how it goes.
