Are the shipping problems solved?

I think they run a special....where every 200th order actually gets a response. Joking of course. I am hoping I at least receive my package this week. Others that ordered the same day(July 29th) are recieving emails and phone calls saying thier package has shipped, I can only hope the same is true for my order as well.

Cranbarry, I would hope that yours has shipped because mark said mine did and my order number is higher. I can feel your pain. Until this morning, I was in the same boat. Well, I guess I'm not really out of the boat until I actually get my order.

Fredrick, I love the line about every 200th order getting a response. It wouldn't seem as funny if it didn't seem true.

I just thought I would let everyone know that I finally got my order from IV today. It was ordered on the 29th. Turn around time sucks. Most likely will never order from them again. Other distributors carry ecopure.

Finally, Finally, Finally... I got my order # 764. Mark was a great help and true to his word. After my 7/21 order, label printing & tracking # received on 7/24, and no shipment received by USPS, 8 emails unanswered, 3 non returned phone calls, I reached Mark on 8/3. Mark had no idea what happened to my order, never shipped. He promised it would be taken to USPS that evening. He was true to his word and the order arrived today 8/6. He seems to be the only one to be able to solve the shipping problems. Thanks Mark!
Supposedly, the shipping is now caught up, but I am afraid to place another order, in spite of the excellent prices. If you are still waiting for your missing order, try calling Mark. Good Luck!

Hi all,

I am a newbie here and brand spankin new to this whole "vaping" thing. I have lurked here for quite some time and after reading everything, was scared to death to order from IV. As a fishing expedition, I emailed IV with some pre-sales questions and got responses pretty quickly. It took them a few hours to get back to me and it was very late at night here on the East Coast, but they did get back with me. Since I was able to get responses, I placed my very first order yesterday (8/5, order#1219) for the 501 Starter kit. I am an optimist by nature, so I am not anticipating any issues receiving my order. IV, PLEASE keep my faith in you pure.
