    I think that IV is digging their own grave. I can understand if you are out of product but they should have enough sense to contact the customer's and at least let them know what is going on. I would not be that upset if I at least had some kind of idea when I was going to get my order. I hope sleephater sees this thread!

    My friend ordered the 45 dollar kit for me as a thank you for helping her out with her website. She ordered it on July 29th at probably 1am and was order 990. The same day at around 2:30pm CST, she IMed me to tell me that she received an email that it had shipped. "Your order 990-***** has been shipped from INNOVAPOR." She chose to have it sent priority mail.

    When it did not arrive by Saturday, I became suspicious and started googling Innovapor to get some answers. I came across this forum and learned that they print their shipping labels way ahead of time, which apparently sends out an email that it shipped?

    I want to believe that it started getting processed on Wednesday, but people with orders prior to mine are complaining that theirs haven't been processed. I get no answer when I call them, have received no tracking number, and my friend's emails to them have bounced. This is ridiculous!

    The e-cig movement has swept Second Life (a virtual world) members and one of them recommended this place very highly to me. I would not do the same, which is a shame, because it could cost them a lot of referral business. :(

    Well after my previous rant I feel obligated to let you all know that I did indeed receive my order today. I had asked them to change out one of the flavors of juice that came with the kit, which they did. There was also a discrepancy with the LED color as it appeared in the order after I clicked through. I suspect their system changed it but it could have been a bad click by me I suppose. Anyway they caught that and everything arrived at my door just as I asked for.
    I am still not at all happy that I asked not once but twice for the tracking information and they chose to simply ignore me. Very bad customer service in that respect. All in all I would order from IV again but not until I see a lot of positive feedback from others that they have got their act together over there.

    Thanks to the gent who suggested I try dietsmokes btw. I placed an order for a few flavors of juice late last night. They emailed me at every stage of the process and appear to have it in the mail to me in under 24 hours! woot!

    Dietsmokes has always had great service. they were a little more expensive that is why i went with IV. i think i learned my lesson!

    After four failed emails, I tried to call the contact number on IV's site and got a voice mail that said the person was traveling and would answer my message later. As of now, I still have not received a call back. I am leaving for vacation on friday morning and apparently will be leaving without the ecopure I ordered last week. If I don't hear anything by the time that I leave, I am considering filing a complaint or whatever it is called with paypal. If nothing else, maybe I can get my money back and just place an order with someone else who gives a crap.:evil::evil::evil::evil:

    I REALLY wanted to like this company.....

    I placed my first order with them for the enhanced kit (order 11xx). I'm one of those sappy "give em the benefit of the doubt" people, so I'm still hopeful that the order will go smoothly. :oops:

    you were not the only one, i gave them the benefit and 10 lucky or unlucky you make the call, i got my stuff. i still really want to like them but my second order from them is going to have to wait!

    My first order did take quite a while...My second order took less time than the first...I literally just placed a third last night (nothing but Ecopure) so we shall see...I am not going to bug them until friday if I have not heard anything....
    All of this seems like two things to me...Either a hit and run get in get out kind of make money quick scheme (which, by the way is NOT the correct option in my opinion.) The other, and more likely is that they just did not anticipate all of the orders.....My only issue with them is that they just do not inform well. They just need to tweak some informative contacts, and keep people up to date on their stock...and not tell people one thing and the next change what was said...

    I ordered on last Friday (#1055). If the problems have been worked out, it should ship sometime today. If not, I guess we'll be in for one heck of a wait.
    An update:

    Received a reply to my inquiry about this order just a few minutes ago telling me it was dropped at the Post Office today.

    I find this time frame --ordered Friday July 31st and shipped today-- very acceptable and a sign that shipping is running fairly smooth again. Especially considering that they charge all your batteries/510 PCC, and filling any carts you order with your choice of ECOpure if you so choose.

    Awesome job Inno, I think I'm going to grab an EVO kit now!

    Despite my previous whinning, Im appeased now as Mark confirmed my order shipped yesterday and USPS says it will land in my lap today. So I placed a significant order (several, various starter kits) on Wednesday and it will land in my mailbox the following Wednesday, and Im ok with that. Mark said something to the effect that it would have shipped on Monday but they were having technical issues with their site and with shipping labels. All and all a week from order to product in hand is not bad at all. Will post back later once I have a chance to try out all my new toys, especially the new 510 atty and purple LED battery,hoping it looks like a black light and not a light lavender.

    Actually supposed to be 48 hours till shipment according to them.. So you didnt do too bad!

    I got a call from mark this morning and he said that my order shipped monday. I hope this is true. I am leaving town friday morning and need my order for the trip. I got pretty angry in my earlier posts. The biggest thing that makes me mad is not knowing. Why can't they take the time to call or email customer's with orders placed so they can know and track their orders? Even though I got the call this morning, I still don't have a tracking number. By the way, my order was placed a week ago. That would be wednesday the order was placed and not shipped until monday. That doesn't sound like 48 hours. When I order from Drew at Nhaler, I get a tracking number within a day or less and always have my order within 2-3 days of clicking the order button. Let's see, who should I order from?
