Are there any vaping-analog nicotine equivalence tables or calculators?

I just started vaping today. Now normally I am a little chimney in the morning, but at the point I would have had 10 cigarettes, I had consumed only 5 (and this, without using any self-control whatsoever). I had vaped perhaps five inhalations of 18 mg/mL liquid, which I supposed was far, far less than the nicotine delivery of the five analogs I didn't smoke, but I developed a headache. It was not as severe as the symptoms I've had with the patches or the gum, but it definitely felt like I had too much joy juice in my system.

Obviously, I should move to a weaker e-liquid and I will, but I was wondering if there are any tables or calculators where a person can input # of analogs per day and see approximately how that translates into vaping puffs at the various common nicotine concentrations? Or is there some FAQ on this subject already posted but that I have been unable to find?

Help! I'd rather not spend a week waiting for 12 mg/mL liquid only to find that is too strong, nor put in an order for 6 mg/mL liquid only to find it is too flaccid. Now of course if the 6 is too limp I could always mix it with the 18 and be just right, but as a beginner, I don't want to mess with that.

On another topic, does anyone know how much nicotine gets delivered by Sherman MCDs? They don't seem to be on any of the charts I can find.
