Yes. Ted Cruz sends the same don't bother me response every time I contact him. Guess he is too busy worrying about his hair transplants and scalp tattoo. John Cornyn doesn't bother to respond. Texas bought and paid for politicians at their finest.

I get the same response but was prepared for it I suspect if I ever got a real reply from one of our elected "public servants" the world would implode. I bet I could get a response if I was offering him some oil money as campaign funds, hell maybe even a phone call.

We need members. There IS strength in numbers. When I first joined CASAA, they were struggling to get up to even 10,000 members. They've reached a membership of 70,000+. We still need more to gain even a stronger voice.

I have been a proud member of CASAA since shortly after I joined this great forum and saw where all this was heading. It is painless to join and feels good to know that my small voice is out there just in case someone is listening.

I did actually get Senator Sherrod Brown to respond to me briefly, although he's ignoring me now. He's one whose firmly in the against us camp. I know some here were shocked that he engaged in discourse with me, but somehow I got his attention.

I also joined CASAA shortly after finding ECF.

I'm a little disappointed to come on here this morning and find but a few responses. Thank you to those who did respond

IF we don't win on this go around, it is not decided as of yet, I will continue to fight for vaping. I will not just roll over again, like I did with draconian shaming when I was a smoker.

I didn't say give up. We lost this round. As long as I'm not dead, i will push back. BT is a formidable adversary, not to mention the Govt..

I'm all for fighting while there's a chance but this is a done deal and best we can do is stock up enough so when the whole rotton mess falls apart we can do it better next time. Too many politicians have been bought and paid for and even if casaa hit a million members tomorrow it still wouldn't be enough unless those million are waving large amounts of cash as that's what has decided this. Big business missed the chance to get into vaping at the start and are now doing what they do best throwing huge amounts of cash to the right places to hamstring vaping and put them in a position to exploit it or shut it down to a scale more their want. Personally the whole situation has managed to lower further my belief in government and politicians and it was at a pretty low point to start, but as long as our democracys are nothing more then window dressing and corporate corruption within politics runs rampant we don't and never really did stand a chance. Yep some of you will shout defeatist knock yourselves out there is a difference between being a realist and being a defeatist.

Age is starting to limit my participation some (like those annual trips to the State Capital to fight for vaping), but I can still type.

Some may feel that it is. Realistically it is not until those regulations are announced.
