Some may feel that it is. Realistically it is not until those regulations are announced.

Even that is not the end! There is still the judicial system.

here is a funny fact for ya:
The is NO minimum age to smoke in the US (only to purchase). Individual states may/may not have limits. Yet the FDA wants to make it illegal to vape under the age of 18.

We need members. There IS strength in numbers. When I first joined CASAA, they were struggling to get up to even 10,000 members. They've reached a membership of 70,000+. We still need more to gain even a stronger voice.

I have never posted this before, and am not too thrilled to be doing it now either.
I can only hope that it might be inspirational to some.

But I am lucky that this has all been within my means.
I hope it encourages people to give a bit, even if it's only a few bucks.

Granted, I don't have shinyitis, as I still use Ego Twists and 510 atomizers.
So I have a bit left over to give to those who are fighting for us.

I have more money to give than I have time to give.
I wish I could have given more time though.

CASAA is always in need of vapers who want to offer their assistance in any way they can.
The more volunteers they have, the more they can do.

I am a member, I participate in every CTA, have given my testimonial, and spread the message to everyone within my reach.

It is an uphill battle, and we may not win this round, or the next, things may get bleak, but I for one will never give up.

And the fault in that sad state of affairs lies squarely on the shoulders of the vendors.

In my experience most B&M stores have never heard of any of those things either.
I am surprised more Vendors & B&M stores don't bring it up. If selling vapor products was my livelihood, damn sure I would be telling anyone who would listen about it.

I've been a CASAA member for a few years now. I'm in Canada, but I do what I can to support vaping everywhere. The more places that bring in unfounded regulations, the worse it will be for everyone.

If not, i strongly urge you to join to help fight for our right to vape. Its free to join. Making donations is very helpful, but not required.

Everyone in the US who reads this forum ought to take a few minutes to join. And every once in awhile take some time to answer calls to action by emailing elected officials, answering surveys and submitting testimonials about what vaping has done for you.
