A new winter storm is due in tonight for the North East US, bringing heavy snow followed by ice and freezing rain. Driving around New Jersey today the trees were very heavy with snow, I'm just waiting for the first power outage...

Are all your batteries charged fully? Even the eGo's you seldom use anymore.

Can you find them in the dark, if you can't find your flashlight...

All my Ego batteries are charged and I'm going to charge my MVP1 overnight. This way, I'm ready.

If not, I have a plan B: hook'em all up to my car battery via a cig lighter adapter and a USB charger I have in my car. Problem solved.

The weekend is only supposed to be about a foot of snow....no problem.
For food you're supposed to be having French Toast, it's the tradition,
every storm the stores are sold out of bread, milk and eggs.

2 18650 and 2 18350 batteries charged and working. THat'll last me 3 days if needed. If I have to I can start the truck and charge with the cig cord for my luc charger. I hope my 3 little one don't drive me crazy.

Gonna pick up some essentials tomorrow. Coffee, creamer, pizza and dog food. But may have to add French toast to the menu

Arghh .. I am in no mood for this crap. We got a major dump Sunday into Monday ... now a friggin ice storm . I also heard another snow storm is coming this weekend ... I am hating New York right now. But I have to say that it looked beautiful outside today with all the snow covered trees and lawns.

Ugh, this weather. We had a lot of snow, it melted, got a lot more snow. It started melting, began to snow, then it turned to rain. Now it's freezing. The trees in my front yard look like a crystal forest. So pretty.

I did make it to the grocery today since I was too lazy to go over the weekend. I took 3 vacation days and this is the weather I've gotten. I love snow, but not ice! BUT, it's PERFECT vaping weather, since I'm staying in now. ALL batteries charged, all tanks full. Building coils is in my future, though I kinda bruised my thumb doing it earlier.

I can only imagine the names they're calling me at work about now. Pleasant ones, I'm sure.

Can I tell you I still feel guilty about not being in NY when Sandy hit ... I was in Canada when it went down. Not that anyone wants to experience major natural disaster, but I hated watching my fellow New Yorkers go through major devastation while I had escaped it... it was an awful feeling.

I pray that we (Northeast) don't see anything like Sandy any time soon ... back to the beautiful, it was so lovely outside today. I went out to get my vape mail and everything around me just felt so perfect and beautiful. I went inside, threw on my boots and a coat and went for a walk with a T3 and Ego Twist in hand soaking it all in, good times.

....When I first started vaping using the tiny Joye 510s....I had 3 and was always in a sub panic about running the batteries out ....they didn't really last a long day ( all 3 of them in one day) then I moved up to the eGo ....then the eGo twister ....then the Vision spinner vv 1300 from there to smoktek vv/vw1300...and before I even have gotten the vv/vw in the mail, I panicked again and got the itaste vv.....and 2 more knock off 1100 vvs ....I now have 10 of these things here, and 5 more coming in the the next couple of days .....have passed on a few batteries that I deemed not fitting in ...or I wanted someone to try vaping ...and I actually used up 2 of the visions .......I have heard that the more batteries you have and use, the longer they will all last...

.......the hardest thing about vaping is making sure you have at least 2 or 3 working set ups, plenty of juice, and a good charger, and lots of extras like coils, clearos and batteries.......I spent much of my early months worried that I would run out of juice or batteries in the middle of the night, or somewhere I couldn't get more of anything should my set up flake out on m .....

....so with 10 batteries for this storm .....I should be ok .....I know having 15 (which includes the new guys) batteries is silly....but I am realizing that if I drop down to less than about 8 batteries ....I will have to rectify that situation lest it make me twitchy....storm or no storm ....

Well.. I have a spare car battery.. a tank of compressed air in the garage.. a shop vac hose.. an oxygen mask.. duct tape, tinfoil, and lots of tools.. I'll manage

I lived in Maine in 98 when a huge ice storm came through. Definitely one of the scariest experiences I've ever lived through. With that much ice, rescue vehicles and first responders couldn't even get to the people in need
