ok thanks il try that when i get off work hopefully it helps i really want to like this atomizer its an amazing concept and i love the fact that it wont leak. do i just unscrew the insert or does it pop out?

Use your finger to pull from the bottom or push from the top.
In the package is a straight sided optional insert. You can see from it, how it's held in place. (o-ring)
It also shows it in the instructions.

I'm uncertain if we are all talking about the same rda. I got spare bits, little screw driver, and drip tip adapter.

I got the V2 direct from steam crave:
Aromamizer RDA BF Round,Steam Crave Squonker
included 2 air flow sleeves (spiral and straight)

ya i got the V1 so the insert didnt come out but i did a soak in rubbing alcohol and it tastes great now
