I just received mine and threw in a twisted 26ga dual coil build into it. Once I got the wires glowing correctly I removed the coils, wicked them and re-installed them (saw this method on a Rip Trippers video).
Works great and tastes great so far!

Steamcrave says on their facebook "fan" page that they're not bringing out a v2 for several months. They also have started to threaten that anyone who posts about vapenw having them for sale for 20 is subject to being removed from the group, that the group exists to support the manufacturer, not the people in the group. I've had my aromamizer for about two weeks, used it for a couple of days and put it down. staggered fused claptons, installed vertically. pretty nice vape but no good way to adjust airflow to where I want it and have it stay there. IMO it's not as good a tank as the mutation mt or the cthulhu v2. I'm glad I only paid 25$ for it, I might try it again one of these days. Definitely not as good a vape as I thought it would be, but I will say the build quality is very good, it's the design of the thing that is the problem. Airflow holes not lining up (steamcrave repeatedly has said there is no problem, that airflow is supposed to be indirect), the little 'nipple' on the top that guys have started to grind off for better looks and performance, and lastly that fugly afc 'vape band'. I guess I'm not a big fan, lol. Maybe the V2 will address those issues, but I doubt I'd buy one.

Some things to help you decide:

Most TC builds are below .25 ohms. No need to worry, the mod limits current so no danger of batts venting.

Higher RES tc builds are more accurate

Higher TCR wire is more accurate.

430SS works good but is a little weaker than Ti and is easily deformed when rewicking. 430ss can be dryburned at high temps.

Ti works good but can be springy and more difficult to wind. Pretorching the wire to a blue color helps with that. Ti dioxide is easily washed off with water and will not form on the wire at all if dryburned at low power.

To start with TC I would recommend a single coil tc build in an atty you're familiar with.

Thanks, cigatron for the help again. Only single coil deck I have is the Cthulhu V2 and I still havent figured that out lol... I have an Orchid though and a Billow, isnt there a way to use a single coil with them... dont you just have to plug up the air hole with the stick off a qtip?

I think a single coil with 22G 430 SS would be great to try in TC mode for my first time. Its too bad my supplier only has 22G and 28G 430G right now because I tried using the 28G today and it was so springy but also really delicate and it broke really easily when I tried to wick with Rayon. 28G SS might be too brittle for me in general cause the same thing happened with 28G 316L wire as well. I think ideally 26G SS is probably best which I have in 316L and 304 but curious to try this 430 as it seems the best grade for TC vaping.

Guys im trying to get temperature control working here but i cannot figure it out. These things i bought yesterday:

eleaf tc 60w \ aromamizer rdta \ 26gauge ni200 wire \ UD Koh Gen Do

I want to get a dual coil but the problem im facing is that i have to low resistance all the time. I started with a 7 wrap coil and ended with a 11 wrap coil on each side. It has been working ok for some time but eventually my eleaf would say "atomizer low" wich i assume is to low resistance or some short inside the chimney. I want to make a larger coil to get higher resistance but my coil wil end up to big not fitting between the chimney. Also getting the cotton through there is a nightmare. I never made a coil in my life and im starting to think trying temp control straight away was to big of a jump. I hope someone can give me some advice. I used a 3mm screwdriver btw to make the coils.

26 gauge Ni200 dual coils will need a lot of wraps to achieve high enough resistance. I used 30 gauge twisted and that was just barely high enough at 10 wraps. It was a bit hard to wick but I got used to it. I have switched to 26 gauge Ti Gr1 due to both of these issues.

Yes, you always plug holes to convert dual atties to singles. This would work particularly well with the Aroma.

As a rule I always start with Kanthal in new atties to see what power ranges it's capable of. Once I learn all the nuances of it with kanthal I switch to tc wire if the res was stable enough and have a really good idea of what power to start out at.

I'd probably start with the Cthulhu V2 or a single coil in the Aroma for my first tc build.
