Ohhh, I was under the impression you also removed the lip on the top of the tank. Lol
Be sure that it says "rayon" on the box as they have cotton Cellucotton also.Amazon has it dirt cheap. You can also go to Sally's Beauty Supply and get it.
Nice build. I'd say you filled the coil chamber to the max. Wondering if your wicking is going to be touching the top of the chamber walls?
Any reason you do one vertical and one horizontal? My new fav simple build on this thing. Been rocking it a cpl weeks now and for me it brings out the best flavors in all of my favorite juices.
Just felt like trying something different....I'd never seen it done and was like wth, lemme try this just to see how it does and as it turns out, I think it's my fav build on it to date. But as we all know, taste is subjective to everyone but since I have three aromamizers in my rotation daily and I've had them for months, I know that I can tell I prefer it.Any reason you do one vertical and one horizontal?
Couldn't tell you how or why other than it just happens to be a bonus.... But my adv is a diy juice and I normally get about 10ml through the dual verticals and about 15 through my horizontals before needing a dry burn and rewick. On this setup, I'm running 20ml plus through... This is after 22ml of juice as it currently sits. I'll prolly go ahead and just burn and rewick it since I've got the top off as we speak lol. Happy new years man.Any reason you do one vertical and one horizontal?

The Aromamizer in general has been such a love hate relationship. When its working properly it is hands down the best tank I own for flavor and clouds. However if the wicking isnt done well enough or the coils are the wrong size or positioned wrong I get some of the worst dry hits Ive ever experienced. There seems to be very little room for user error at least in my experience. Not only do you need to know exactly what your doing(which I dont lol) but for me I have had to have a little luck... its about 50-50 half the time working great other half of the time dry hits....
Got my first ever spaced coil in the Aromamizer.... 24G Kanthal 5 Wraps, 3mm ID, 0.25 Ohm, wicked with Rayon. Not sure how far I spaced but tried to make it as consistent as possible between each wrap.
This actually happened by accident I was just going to build my regular contact coils shooting for 0.25 ohm however the coil was up too high so the chamber piece caught some of it resulting in the coil being disfigured and spacing out a few wraps, so figure might as well space out the rest of the coil and then the other coil with some tweezers and it wasnt that hard. I also got a 6-32 screw and an 8-32 that I could use to wrap but this way might be even simpler. I guess there is no right amount of spacing just whatever works for each individual, my spacing might be alittle too much in between wraps let me know what you think. Seem to be getting a lot more airflow, does that make sense with a spaced coil allowing more air to move freely? It is weird also my new favorite drip tip a long curved one from Fast Tech actually "hiccups" like there is air or something getting caught in the curve of the drip tip. That really to me should be an indication of increased airflow which should increase vapor. I have some straight drip tips on the Aromamizer now and it works perfectly. Currently have three delrin drip tips that go into each other(not sure having more than one little delrin piece would actually cool things down any better than just one but experimenting with that) Then about a 3 3/4 inch Straight Stainless Steel tip. I think the longer the drip tip the better regardless of build or tank and Im surprised there arent more people that use them.
