I won't do quads, ever. I'd run twisted or parallel coils for the same effect.

I absolutely hate 3 post rda's. I have to run a smaller coil then I'd like.

That video was good tho, thanks for that. If it lights up like that at 60 watts I might be able to run under 100 watts and get some kind of battery life.

We are going to ft pierce florida from akron ohio in october, that's why I bought the 6ml tank. No way am I going to drive 18 hours dripping the whole way. I'd rather fill that sucker up when ever we stop or just have the Ole lady fill it for me when I'm driving.

I had a Atlantis v2 that I ran at 85 watts all day and I'd go thru that small 3ml tank in 45 minutes easily if I was bull....ting with a friend. So I'm hoping on the long drive the 6ml tank lasts me 3-4 hours before I need a refill

30/24ga is working fine for me. Now that mine is "broken in", 50-60w is a quick ramp up and warm, not hot vape. Flavor is still fantastic. I think that either claptons or twisted should be fine. I only prefer the lower 24/26ga because I can run it at wide open and not worry about covering two of the holes. Plus... I don't have to screw with quads....

Cool. I want to order my wire and plan to switch off kanthal for a bit and for nichrome 80. I'll try your 24/30 2.5 id, 8 wrap build.

The 24/26 guage combo is totally the way it should be done since bigger is better and all...

Wish I could fit a 24/26 Clapton on that build deck. Since my coils are "cute" I challenge you to fit a 5 wrap 2.5MM ID 24/26 Clapton coil on that deck.

Anyway I wish I could even try building that clapton but I am still waiting on news of the new deck and possible afc.

Those are my first ones so I have never tried vertical. I have no doubt you can though.

I'm thinking about trying out nichrome for a while. I've used kanthal exclusively for a year now.

What gauge wire should I get to make clapton coils for the aromamizer?

I'll order it off Amazon since we have prime, ill probably get a couple 100 ft rolls of wire

Have you seen the velocity deck? It has 2 posts that are on the edge of the deck with 2 holes in each post making it super easy to build on.

Two posts, way easier to fit huge coils on it when you don't have to worry about shorting on the center post, much easier to center coils as well.

I get it now, I watched a vid on the actual Velocity. Looks like it also works well with coil building as your coil always has one wire up and one wire down. That deck should make this tank scream.
