That's awesome you got to see them in their original "prime" I'll listen to that one today....you guys got me on a Grateful Dead show quick now

I did my first in 87 and only attended a few after that, back then I was doing leatherwork, semiprecious stone jewelry and sculptures using bone and stone. I loved every show, but I wouldn't commit to a tour just because it was too strenuous. I actually would travel across the U.S selling at open air markets....love! that time of my life.
oddly, I consider myself more of a jazz aficionado these days. I have over 600 gigs of music and half is jazz. I love it! Miles, Coltrane, Mingus, Kupra, McLaughlin....modern to standard. I'm not a snob about it now, was for a while....hard to digest any other music after jazz without judging it's form and complexity (or lack of) Now, I'm into most stuff out there. I love music, it's the language of the heart
