Very similar Della. Cleo was a Humane Society want-not and was completely white when we got her at 6 months. Here stripes and points came on after a year. She was a lynx-point Siamese with the classic ear tufts. We were going to enter her in the Guinness Book as she qualified for the "World’s Oldest Living Cat" for 8 months of her final year. The picture I posted was her at 22. We had to feed her every 2 hours and she spent most of her time on a heating pad in her favorite basket beside a window in our bedroom. However, every night she came out and sat between my wife and I for about an hour to receive her royal grooming. She woke me crying early on a Saturday after throwing a clot and we had to take her into the vet. It was 2 days after Thanksgiving and we had just gone to see the Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical Cats (for the 3rd time) the night before . She was definitely our Old Grizabella and hopefully she was sent up to the "Heaviside layer" to be reborn. It’s amazing how much they come to mean to us. We lost a 15 year old about 6 months later and that was almost more than I could stand. We just got two littermates (M & F) last August to keep the surviving male Buster company so the tribe of three is still intact. We’ve always had a band of three to make sure they have plenty to do when we’re away.

Your Cleo reminds me of my sweet Suzie. Found her in a junk yard the year I got divorced and began the life of a recluse. My very best friend for 11 short years...

One of my favorite quotes is "Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken." Ecclesiastes 4:12

POS modem/router!

it just died... no power to the unit at all... :(

not sure if it's the power supply that's burned out or the modem/router unit...

stealing internet from my neighbor right now... hate doing that. gonna see if I can tether from my phone...

no "likes" for a few days I think. gonna test the unit and see what's going on and order either a new power supply or a new modem/router...

not happy.
