I had the same thing happen twice... I had these in my cart -- three separate times, made it through paypal, and had to hit the reorder even though my phone number was in there and poof -- gone.

That could be true for that store. Hope it is not for all of them.
I have done animal rescue work it can be so rewarding but can bring your world crashing down in a hurry.

Peace - No, I know it is not that way at all the stores -- we used to be at a good store before this but it was too far for most people to drive to so they moved to this store and it was still good, until they got some new employees that don't really know how to care for animals.... I guess I should have been a little more specific about it being the store, not the company. Rescue IS rewarding, but taxing at times too. I took my first short little break in four years this spring -- no fosters, no cleaning, no adoptions hardly, but it was more of a medical issue than a want to issue. Still, it gave me the break I needed.

Did you tell me one time that you did dog rescue?

We have crazy weather today! Hail, we haven't had hail in a couple years, and it was huge by our standards... pretty sure my car will have dents all over it when I go look at it... (my car has less structural integrity than a soda can) The towns about 40 miles east of us were getting tornado warnings! Now, we have large "dust devils", but rarely anything ever at a real tornado level and usually only out by the nuclear plant... did have one try to move my car for me once though, that was an interesting stop light LOL

Amber, so sorry to hear about your moms dog :( {{hugs}} to you both.

Cyclin & Delilah- mine are all med bills... 7k from last years ER visit and MRI and a little from a previous surgery. I qualified for discounted care due to not working much, sent in my paperwork and they LOST it then sent me to collection . So not only did my bill NOT get discounted as it was supposed to, I also got sent to collection. And I still need to go to the dentist for 2 crowns, another 2k... had the root canals done 2 years ago, the temp crowns have been holding up well LOL If I get hurt again any time soon I think I might just go for bankruptcy on my medical bills if it's still an option, because this has gotten ridiculous!

I forgot to let you guys know my grandson Dallas got the screws taken out of his jaw yesterday. Bless his heart still on soft food and still losing weight but the pain is now manageable with over the counter pain meds.

Hard to believe that was a month ago. Life can change forever in JUST 1 second

That's great news Peace :) I'm glad he got the screws out. Bet he's just going crazy waiting to get real food again, poor guy.

I'm even glader that I rescued Ben the Dog from our PetSmart in this area if that's how they treat these guys.

I went in there looking to adopt another cat one Saturday. Ben was sitting in his cage looking so sad and surrounded by kitties in their cages. First thing I asked them was if he got along with cats and they told me yes. What they failed to tell me was only if they stayed away from his water and food but that is another story. I literally left there 3 times and kept going back to see him. The last time I had even gotten on the freeway to head home, got off at the next exit and circled back to PetSmart - he adopted me. He was found in a box along side of a road abandoned. They told me they had named him Odi but he didn't look like an Odi to me and he didn't respond to it either. "Ben" for some reason came out of my mouth after I got him home and he responded so he even picked his own name. :D When I first had him, his ears were both straight up. After a couple of months, I got up one morning he had one up and one down and so they stayed. Every so often he has them both down for a short time.

Here is his picture:

What a sweet baby. Isn't it funny how the animal sometimes chooses us rather than us them? I'm glad you got Ben - looks like a happy pup.... I wouldn't think your dog was not cared for or mistreated in any way. I myself find it odd that this store allows shoddy care. Maybe a case of nobody checking behind? Someone from our group is up there almost ever day now -- to make sure....

HolliH,
The Provari skins arrived today. They are perfect. Thank you so much for creating the design.

Mike, you might appreciate this.

This is what the front of my house looks like.
house.jpg

The first video is of the outside and the second video is of our atrium that you walk into from the front door.

We built 95% off it from scratch. Anything bought got totally modified.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm comin' to YOUR house to trick or treat!!!! That is fantastic!

He is a sweet one, Sun. And is very happy now. I also found he had been abused after getting him home. One day he kept taking my slippers to chew on them and after about the 20th time of telling him no and taking them away from him I went to give him a simple swat on the .... and he curled up into a little ball. I felt so quilty. I still can't raise my voice around him without him shaking and this is after I have had him almost 3 years.
