Thanks Cyclin. Yeah, its just the two of us doing it all. The worst part is it takes about 3 days to get the front yard set up but we can't leave it out at night (joys of living in LA) and have to haul it all in each night. That nearly killed me this year. We ended up hiring a friend to be night security as we could barely stand up we were so tired.
This year, we have already made a bunch of new animatronics for the front year and the mister announced that as the Pirates are as good as they are ever going to get, he doesn't want to do it again!!!! So this year, the atrium will be a zombie invasion.

Maybe someone here can help me....all of the sudden, there is always a blue swirly thing on my ECF tabs. I use Firefox 9.0.01 on a Mac. Is there a way to make it stop doing this?

Ok Delilah and UV, I just almost finished making your carto punches. Just need to find a screw and make two tapered dowels to secure the numbered-hole piece and I'll try to ship them to ya today
Wow I had the worst day of my life yesterday.. and I've had some pretty ....ed up things happen before so that's saying something. Today is MUCH better! All the same problems as yesterday, plus a few extremely nice emails from my dad (His email just said "You disappoint me, son.")
Only difference today is, I stopped caring! Woohoo!! Now just need to go to court and see if I can make a new payment plan for my fines from like 10 years ago.. Turns out the $1200 I thought I had left to pay actually was $2900, but when I went and made them look up everything is actually $4k. That was the morning of my bad day yesterday. But whatever, we will find a way to get through it. Today is better because now I feel up to the challenge instead of just hopeless.

You're a collector, that's what. No harm in that as long as you can still have a place to sleep and food to eat lol. Dh doesn't even say much of anything anymore.... just gets the mail and hands me the packages lol.

Oh, doesn't that just break your heart? It does mine. I cannot hold myself responsible if I ever catch someone abusing an animal. I will try to kick ..., may get my own kicked, but it's gonna happen. I despise people who abuse the helpless whether it be animals or people... oh, we are animals, but you get what I mean....
No I did Sugar Glider Rescue on a very large scale I had 68 at one time trying to take care of them. From sun up to sun down that is all I did. I did the rail roads too. I would never do that again people are money hungry and kept trying to get them to breed and make more babies. I had 125 neutered in hopes of curbing it but the mill breeders just kept cranking them out. I let it take me down emotionally and financially had to walk away. I sure did meet some real pieces of work called humans. I have always picked up any animal beside the road or in trouble and take them to the vet and get them fixed up or put down in some cases. From baby bunnies, turkeys, peacocks, baby deers what ever. If I see a animal in need I will always help but I don't go looking for them any more. All my pets have been rescues but my Ling Ling I bought her.
Have you tried ebay for the mesh? I know the wire sold out fast but that same person is getting more.

Ok so I got my laser marking solution in yesterday and was testing it out. Having trouble getting it on glass so far but metal was EASY. I can now etch metal mods
That etching is actually only 1/4" and I did it that small to test how fine a line I can do...

Ya I think first thing I'm gonna do is etch my new baby's cap with something in black. (My new ProVari not my actual baby...)
We rescued a dog early this year... well she rescued herself LOL she showed up on my moms porch and refused to leave. Abused and starved. She got away from whoever had her, but not before some serious damage was done. Her bladder has damage from being kicked so hard
so she can't really hold it for anything. We thought at first it was just a submissive thing, but it's not. She's very timid until she gets to know someone and then she is all over them and just wants to play and cuddle. After several months of having a friend come down every other weekend to visit her, I took her up there to her hopefully forever home on my way to the vape meet lol. Mom couldn't keep her, though she wanted to, but with the toddler in the house and her chihuahua being an @$$ (she tolerates no other animals) she couldn't. If I ever found out who did that to such a sweet little creature I'd probably have to stomp them at least until they required surgery as well.
