Ya that's why I put it in terms of percentages and not dollars, it sounds waaayyy better in percentages haha. I actually asked for 50% and better benefits, with an outlined plan for more compensation over the next year, 3-years, 5-years. I think the company owner pooped a little when he saw my proposal. I actually will be getting the 50%, but the other 30% won't take effect until I am settled in the new building. As for better benefits, ehhh he's kinda dodged that subject

Sashwa - it says in the write-up some may have a small scratch, a dimple, the logo may be light or dark, the chrome may not be 100% smooth .... it could be something tiny you would never notice.

I'm really stoked. I have been working my .... off trying to come up in the company, needs to buy more presents for the baby girl. And a new carseat, she's about to outgrow it...My wife saw the pink one... REALLY glad I got that raise now...

Cause you know you will probably be jumping on the colors when they come out I wonder if one day you will have to ban yourself from the classies. You know, like people do at casinos? My friends mother banned herself for 3 years, then after 3 years she went and lost a ton... On second thought I don't think banning yourself would work!

Well Cyclin, I like the Pink, White and Purple in that order and I think Sedge likes the Blue ProVari...lol I keep asking him which ones we want to sell out of the four we have and he says none... We have two black ones and two silver satin finish ones...I think we need to sell some...Well the jury is out on me for the Purple, it might not be the right hue for me, but the Pink and White for sure! Honeslty I just don't know why you cant buy the tubes or sleeves alone, but then they wouldn't make as much$$$$$...
