Do you have a drill press amber?
I do. What kind of bit do you use? I have several diamond bits that claim to drill holes in glass, but they don't. LOL

Brew - I don't have the rebuildables for bottom-feeders, so can't help ya there. I'm into the tank kind.
Amber - an air hole in the top plate would be better than the glass. That's how they are all made.

BrewIll tell you, I much prefer the mesh set ups because I think they have more flavor and vapor. But HZ showed a pic of a cloud Ive never gotten out of silica before. My closest comparison is a rev4 stainless ce2 (the ones in the black box with the green stripe). If you like those, you might like these. I used to love these, until I found ss mesh. Its a ridiculous flavor and vapor once you set it up right. That said, there are some juices that I just prefer on a cisco 306.
shhhhesh......you slugBrew - I was up really late, got up early to get DD off to school, then took a couple hour nap, so I am still moving a little slow. LOL
At least I got up before noon .....![]()

Hey Bert - I have a tip I was thinking of having made into donut ... can I PM you a picture sometime, and you could give me an idea of what might happen with the colors, etc?
It's for this Reo ... it matches really well now, but isn't a donut.
If it would change a lot, I can always go the i06 route.

The vivi tank doesn't have a top cap like other rbas. its basically a tall tube with a DCT cap. LOL.
Amber - I guess I don't understand how it is set up ... what does your wick go through, and your posts?
For sure Blu, I wanted to talk to you about your e-pipe stem too.
^^^That's not the post I clicked reply with quote on...but anyways I will e-mail you an article I have that explains like 10 different ways to drill holes in glass.

Amber - looking at the vid, the top plate is the one that the screws and wick go through .... that is what needs an air hole/fill hole.
It looks like metal?
Ooooh ... I get what you want .... a hole in front of your wick, an air inlet .... got ya.![]()
Blu- heres the Vid about modding it. Maybe it will make more sense to skim. LOL. its like 30 minutes long.
Sooner- you might be interested in watching this is you still have those vivi tanks we bought.
I know that I made the video over 30min but it necessary to have all of the info in it!! Thanks for the interest in my video!! It is really not that hard to mod, but the main issue with these tanks, is when you pull off the tank tube. You have to make sure that the center post does not come apart when doing so. They were not connected very good from the factory, and come apart too easy!!!!
Amber - cool, and that tank part is glass?
It's nice to get glass on stuff now days.
