Cyclin - Xmas Eve was hectic at my folks', Xmas Day was nice and quiet at home.... thank goodness!
Watched Transformers 3 last night, drank coffee, ate truffles, vaped my guts out, all in all a good relaxing day.
DD and I are going to the mall today to walk around, look at sales, maybe get in a brawl or two over a sweater ....

Our Christmas Eve was similar... some family squabbles fueled by copious amounts of wine and amaretto. Me and the Mrs stayed sober and just kept inlaws from strangling each other lol. Sounds like you had an awesome Christmas day! Ours was way too busy
And watch out for those sweater brawls! Remember, it is boxing day
Cyclin - we had no booze, just crazy Mom who 1st didn't remember I was me, then didn't remember that I was married, then the old "How did you get him to marry YOU?" Even wack-o she still gets back to the same "Mom griping".

Howdy Tripsters!
Just got home from my Mom's house. I was planning to have the hubby leave me up there through the weekend (he has to go back to work), but we had a mishap and I had to come home early. My Italian Greyhound jumped off the couch on Sunday night and snapped his leg. He has a compound fracture. We had to drive an hour to the nearest emergency vet, it was a little nuts. So, my little guy had surgery for Christmas. Now he has plates in both his legs, so I guess that makes him a bionic greyhound. He is doing well, though, he's high on puppy drugs and thinks he's on holiday. He really loves the vet and they say he's being a little goofball. If there are no complications, we should be able to bring him home tomorrow. Wasn't the best Christmas surprise, but my Mom saved the day and helped us out with the surgery.
Other than that, we had a lovely Christmas. I didn't get any vaping gear, but did get a few nice pieces of art glass of various kinds. I think I've definitely got the glass bug.
I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday and that Santa was good to everyone!!!!

I'm glad you guys were able to get him to his needed surgery! Sorry to hear about the Christmas bummer though, I hope the little guy feels better

I'm doing good..........headed to bed to read and get warm. The heater in our office wasn't working this morning and my feet have been freezing all day. Gonna get out the heating pad to warm them up
