And, from experience, I can tell you-- ya cant beat (or break) a pair of bionic legs!!
I broke both femurs with bilateral compound tib/fibs fractures from a triple roll over car wreck in 2005 (the 2nd of 3 major accidents for me). And, I now have enough titanium plates, rods and screws holding the bones together that when I fell 40 feet off a chair lift in 2010, I didn't break a single bone in my legs.
Long story short, your little guy shouldn't be breaking those legs again, so tell him to live it up!

maybe a dumb question but can old antique glass be melted and made into things such as trippy tips and plugs and pendants and marbles and.....
I wouldn't see why not, however I would make sure what I was going to melt down was not worth anything first.
Last time this was asked the glass in question was not compatible with the Trippy build process. I would assume most antique glass would also not work
bummer, i had some old glass that was my grandparents in the form of a vase and candle holders. the vase i use at times but the candle holders i dont. i think there may be a toothpick holder too. its a deep ruby red and would look sooo cool
You should post a pic and see if Bert can identify the kind of glass. He said the last stuff would disintegrate under the heat needed to fuse it to the Trippy glass.

Good morning, well, I'm taking a snow day today. I was surprised when the clinic sounded surprised that I wasn't coming in....???......I thought it was a no brainier. We're not an urgent care center after all, so nothing we do is so important that it can't wait. Typically, on days like this, I make the trip it, one that takes 45 minutes on a good day, and turns into one and a half hours in bad weather, only to sit there all day with no one to see because my patients didn't dare go out......so today I decided to stay home and stay safe. That's what everyone should be doing.

That was a good call Damselle! There are towns that shut down for 3 inches or less of snow! The less people on the roads in risky weather - the better

Dragon warrior, are you on? I've been thinking about the cracks in the Minxy. I wondered if I got the crack from using batteries with nipples. They seem to push against the sides of the mod....geeze, I don't mean that to sound so dirty....I wonder if flat top batteries would work better in the Minxy.....
