I've been wanting a textured tank for ages, and they never have them in stock. These just went up; I haven't gotten an email about them, lol. Just thought I'd check.

I would say that I've got my Vamo set up as a mini, but the battery life, .... meh.

The funny thing was we both thought the same thing. So we will celebrate again next Sunday. Ralf made picklets with strawberries and cream and presented me with a big White Teddy Bear in bed. Where we stayed most of the day. It was lovely.
Tonight I am doing a shift from 10.00 pm to 6am next morning at the Rehap Centre. I will be on my own so I think I will take Porsche for company. Not that she would be any use if a crazed dugged up client decided to play up.
I am definately a night owl so I am excited to do this shift which I haven't had a chance to do for months.
I am on new medication so I feel pretty good, almost human.
I have pm'ed Amie to let her know I am here for her in whatever way she needs. I have learnt a few tricks in the last few months and it may help her as well so I will keep in touch with her.

Coralie, I'm glad to hear things are getting back to normal, sorta. If Porsche is anything like Ringo was, she'll act like an attack dog until they get close, then try to lick them to death.

I finally feel like I can get another puppy. Been checking out the rescue's here and think I want a border collie. I want a small/med size. I like mini dachshund too. Can't decide if I want a puppy and a youngin that's already potty trained.

I finally feel like I can get another puppy. Been checking out the rescue's here and think I want a border collie. I want a small/med size. I like mini dachshund too. Can't decide if I want a puppy and a youngin that's already potty trained.

Border collies are excellent dogs. Be warned, though: they need lots of room and lots of exercise. They'll also herd any and every thing they can, lol.

Will they heard kids? Hehe, I think I'll need a herder once my niece gets to walking. Got a feeling she's gonna be a handful.

In all seriousness, I will need a puppy/dog with a good temperment and good with small kids.

Go for already potty trained I'm still fighting my 2. They do fine if I never leave the house. But any time I do leave, I think they try to retaliate for that time I left them by trying to pee on my couch 2 minutes after we've just done the go out & potty thing

They get penned in my kitchen, which is basically a 6 foot long extra wide hallway lol They do fine in there when I'm gone. It's the right after I get back time that we're having an issue. The sleep with me and have free roam of most of the house with no potty issues, it's only right after I come back from work, or the store.

Edit: Oh and my baby sister is in the Dome watching the game. She texted me a little while ago stating "If they don't cut those childish scuffles out, I'm gonna go out there with a flip flop and clear the field! Play some football!" Baby sis ain't messin' around, LOL

How exciting, new puppy. Pugs are cute and great with kids of course I am finding Porsche, a whippet, perfect for kids and maintenance free.
Collie's are a beautiful dog but a lot of maintenance and if they get wet the aroma is strong. Hope you find the perfect new family member. When you go to choose one I always sit on the ground and see which one comes to me and see if loud sounds startle them. A bullet proof dog is such a joy to be with kids and you don't have to worry about insecure or snappy dog.
