Kat, I'm planning on a bacon theme for Easter: herbed pork loin wrapped in bacon, new red potatoes mashed with blue cheese and bacon (Red,White and Bleu mashers, lol) and green peas with Pancetta and shallots. Love me some bacon!

Oh, and herbed monkey bread, one of the easiest breads imaginable.

Delilah, you really do need regular checkups. I feel your pain though; now that I've turned 50, my doctor wants me to have a colonoscopy!

I might just have a new favorite vape. On a whim, I ordered a bottle of Vixen's Strawberry Ice Cream. It's delish! It tastes just like it's name. Next bottle, I'm going to get them to add a touch of menthol to emphasis the coolness.

The colonoscopy really isn't all that bad, according to my SO. Just a bit embarrassing because of the extra air afterwards. Since your system is totally empty of anything before hand, the afterwards is all noise I tell ya. It is the emptying that is a bit overwhelming. Depending on the person-being alone can be best or in our case, I set up the laptop stand in the bathroom and delivered a fully charged laptop with love and smiles and only appeared when called. LOL
