Since we are speaking of vacuums - is there a way to get the smell of dog out of one? It's just a Hoover upright. I changed the bag and it still smells like dog, so I sprayed it with perfume and that helped a little, but there has got to be a better solution!

Baking soda with some essential oil (whatever scent you like best) in the bag or if bagless just in the tank usually helps with that. Any and all the above suggestions are all good ones too!

Here is my tip from the latest sale. I've used it pretty much nonstop since I got it, it may be a new fave!!!

And my Mystery Tip:

I will be honest, I'm not the hugest Futurama fan, and while I definitely appreciate and am aware of the craftsmanship that went into making this, I'm not sure how much use it will get. If there is a Tripster out there interested in making a trade, feel free to PM me and maybe we can work something out. :D
I'll PM ya, thats one sexy Zoidberg :) I'll hav to take a picture of my tips when I get home tho, I have more than the last time I took a pic of all of them, plus I filled up both my littles stands and they are spread out on mods too

Evening all hope all is well in Trippyville!

Its ok Cyc I appreciate the offer lol but I really was only busting chops lol. I am always happy to see the tips go to good homes. Also if you are forced to buy jewelry then I would def suggest that you jazz it up big time depending on what you get her. To jazz it up def make sure there are flowers, candy with it and a sexy coupon of sorts :p and give it all to here in nothing but an apron while cooking dinner lol

TTYL hugs all
Ehh I paid an extra bazillion dollars in shipping to get it here quickly. I told her her main gift may not be here in time, but I got her exactly what she wants so I'm sure I'll live through next week, jewels intact :)

Flowers and Candy are a given LOL I think the sexiest coupon I can give her would be "Good For One - Headache, No Questions Asked"

She's getting breakfast in bed cause thats tradition, but that dinner idea is good. I may just take her out but we'll see :)

Morning Tripsters!

How goes it?

Update on the sister situation, she got her first car! And she is still staying with us, but going home to sleep a couple nights a week. We are waiting until my father is in town in two weeks to move forward. Still not sure if she will be unofficially living with us, or I will be assuming guardianship. Its a very touchy topic in my family right now, and they are all notorious for avoiding topics.

Like Kill said, put a dryer sheet in the bag. Also, air it out -- outside! Unzip, remove the bag, and just let it air. You might also sprinkle baking soda on the carpet shortly before you vacuum and then vacuum it up. That helps with odors too.

Life continues to be busy! School is winding up in two more weeks and the six babies keep me hopping! Right now we are transitioning from the bottle and learning how to use litter box (with .... INSIDE instead of hanging over the edge!!!) so feeding and clean-ups are frequent. I am loving my new tips - especially the green and blue one. They are both small tips and I really like that for a change. Hope everyone is doing well

and Coralie? It's okay to "whine". You've been through so much; it's okay to express your feelings. Hugs to you this morning!
