Hi everyone! I turned the sandwiches into some really nice marbles and pendants :D

This one is going to my cousin as a graduation gift, but I made sure to make enough to share!

Good morning my Trippy Friends.

Dad's services were yesterday and it was beautiful. Four of my dad's HS buddies came. Everyone came back to our house and my sister, the caterer, put out a wonderful spread.

Please accept my deepest gratitude for all your thoughts, prayers and love. And a special thanks to Bert for the John inspired TT and for the Bert / Ben colab on my SYF TT.

You all have helped me thru his passing and I always have that in my heart

Did I read pendants? Woo Hoo, been wanting one of those. Fingers crossed.

Hi everyone. Been a long week, man I hope I can get my chores done today without someone calling me and asking if I can watch the kids. I've had all the babies and little one since last weekend and I need a break. What ever happened to having them for a little bit and sending em home (grandparents sing this song, I hear). Reckon' I'm just a push over for the little one's but I'm not as young as I was back in the day and the energy resources just aren't there anymore. Phew can 10 month olds move or what! Well I'm off to the store then some household chores when I get back. See ya'll later and hope you have a wonder Saturday.

Give it a few years, Willow and you can put them to work! ;)
Seriously, when I was little, Mom would cart my sister and I down to my grandparent's farm for up to a month once school was out. Now admittedly, when we were little the work consisted of things like picking blackberries (of which we ate as much as we picked) and exercising the pony, but as we got older, we'd help out picking butterbeans, peas, etc. Thankfully, we never had to pick corn and okra. Though I can't begin to tell you how many ears of corn I've shucked.
