Good afternoon trippy peeps!
Thankfully this will be my last night of being home all alone. My wife and Mom have been down in Florida since Thursday and it's amazing how much I miss my 2 favorite girls. Ok, ok so I might miss my wife just a bit more but they both impact my life daily in a way that's so very obvious when they're both away. Me and my guys are hangin' out trying to be good and keeping any work from piling up so Mrs. Brew has nothing to do but relax and enjoy my company Monday night. In 26 years, we've rarely been apart for more than a 2 week period and in the last 10 it's never been more than a couple of days. I'm seriously missing my best bud!
Oh and here are my missing Girls taken on the Marker's Mark tour. Ya'll will be seeing the younger one in a few months for sure.
Here's my 3 amigos that have been keeping me company these past 4 days. This was the "Where ya going Dad?" gathering that I've been getting every morning before work. Normally they just wait for me to feed them and then they go back to bed with Mommy. Well that's all changed this past week.
Oh and I just called the wife about Vapefest in Vegas and we are so very there. I will be working with her on Tuesday to figure out where she wants us to stay based on show availabilities. We're going to go a day or two early to see a couple of shows and then hopefully a day later if there's anything else to take in. In my best Flounder voice "Oh boy is this great"

YAY!! I will be there!
The lazy factor he mentions is the Digital part of the computer world. I am so an "analog-trained" engineer. We are a dying breed but proud of the fact that we don't look to make everything fast & easy. Sometimes the best things are not easily had and that's what makes them special and worth the extra effort. Bert and company certainly understand that Mantra!
Mornin all. Hope your weekend's going great!
For all of you folks doing yardwork this weekend, here's something I came across yesterday.

Oh and I know those comp.s are going to come back better. I was in your shoes 4 years ago and redoing the appraisal saved us about 30K off our losses. We had no choice but to take a small loss but not a total. Good luck my brother!
still working through the details

the appraisal came back well under the asking price and they really won't take what the appraisal came back at but the comps used were from a long time ago so the mortgage officer is gonna pay for another appraisal since there is a couple comps closing this week for the same asking price as ours so fingers crossed
Peace, Love & Trippy Tips.
