while you all were in vegas, I got my nerdy crochet on and made a lightsaber for my nephew in his favorite color and roughed out a plan for a crocheted sonic screwdriver too lol

De, if you have a pattern or something for that lightsaber could you share it? My gf loves it, thinks it would make a good project to make for the nephews

I haven't danced in 3 years, I got kneecapped and it hasn't been easy even walking. Apparently a few drinks in me and I can (sort of) dance. DH was surprised I was able to and kept his eye on me in case the leg decided to fail me. It wouldn't have been the first time he had to dive to save me going down.

Yeah, those Vegas nights can get pretty crazy. Which fits right in with all the others on Freemont street

That was one fun time we had! We only came in for the day, left home at 5 am on Saturday and drove back on Sunday around 8 am so we didn't have to deal with the traffic on the 15. We are out by Edwards Air Force Base, so it only takes 3.5 hours to drive if everyone else stays out of our way.

I forget where in Cali you are, but will you be at Vaptoberfest? See, already planning the next one

We are more by Vandenberg Airforce Base so its a 6+ hour drive to Vegas for us, which was why we were trying to fly. But hey every cloud has a silver lining, and now we get a "free" trip to Hawaii out of the deal. My father moved there recently so we won't even need to get a hotel or rent a car

yes we are trying to be down there for Vapetoberfest and are very excited! Its about 3 hours away from us and our friends/family live down there so it won't be a problem to go. The girls were a little apprehensive about going to a convention but they had such a great time there that now everybody wants to go to every one we can make it to lol

I'll try buddy Actually my only ECF activity in recent months has been here, I've sort of moved over to FB for most of my vaping needs. Its only my love for this thread that keeps me coming back every now and then. I do keep up with most of the posting tho, so if I'm not posting, know I am still stalking ya lol

It's an easy one, don't really need a pattern for the lightsaber, but it was a free pattern with a cape, cuffs, and mask too. I sent you the pdf link.

I made it home safe and sound last night I was so beat from hanging out late that I crashed immediately after walking in the door.
I had a real blast meeting and hanging with everyone! You all made my Vegas trip so memorable! I will never forget the great times we shared together.

I also want to thank Jim aka tjloa for hosting the TrippyTips clan in Vegas. He made it so accessible and saved us the expense and headache of taking cabs around town. Thanks Jim!

Nick aka wharf rat was an excellent roommate and I am using a new Dark Star mod and loving the heck out of it!

Mrs Blu! After all that you have done for me it was such a pleasure to meet gave to face with you. I love the knowledge you shared and the joy that you continue to bring to our group. It was a pleasure to keep you caffeinated and share some time! I am sorry we did not have a chance to see you Sunday but I can't imagine this being the last opportunity for us to meet up and hang out!

Mr. And Mrs. Brew, it was awesome to get to know you better and to hear stories about the way you met, what life has had in store for you, and the store you have in the works in search of a better life for yourselves and others! I am going to take you up on the hospitality you offered me one of these days!

Pietro, it was awesome as usual my friend! You really saved my .... when my opus died on me and I didn't have a back up. Your Reo even had one of my favorite flavors loaded up! I think I owe you a coil wrap since I ran it dry and burned your wick but you know I am good for it! Freddy wanted me to pass on the fact that he thinks about you every time he starts his car and it doesn't squeak too!

Vsummer, it was nice to meet you and your husband. I think it must have been fate since I just happened to have a perfect matching TrippyTip available for your Reo AND your husband's fiery personality

Last and certainly not least Ben aka cyclin. You really know how to party and bring the soul of Vegas to or Fremont experience. I admire the energy and spirit of you and your friends. Congrats on your future Hawaii trip!

I pitched the Vapetoberfest idea and everybody is really excited to go.... but then my sister-in-law chimed and in and reminded us the 19th is my nephews birthday. So we may or may not make it depending on the day they have the party. Then again we may make it one day since its only a few hours away, then just drive back that night. HA!! it only takes one to get you hooked. Now you're a Trippy Tip junkie too I'm still working on having one for every day of the month... gotta have variety you know. And the easiest thing to do is get a neutral colored setup, that way every Trippy you could ever want matches it

I suppose I could use it on my chrome, black chrome, brass or other tube mods, but I like the taste of my juice fresh from a REO

Well, then you need a black or chrome REO

Yes, Ben makes amazing stands.
For a long time I used a giant travel pill container, it worked for most of my tips, just not the big ones. Someone here had a jewelry box that worked well.
