Congratz to all who got one! I've been on Trippy's website all day, took a few minutes to play with a little kitten. Came back and there the new tips were.........all gone.
Ah, well maybe next year. This is just too time consuming.

Sorry, I was working my full time job today...
The frustration is understandable but I really don't see any way for the releases to be announced. The site was already almost too slow to use and that was just from the people that were paying attention. I was in the shower at the time but those 3 weren't for me anyways. I am fairly certain that the demand for these tips would completly crash the site if there was a set time. Just my 
I thought you had a regular 9-5, but you said through the day you'd be listing and I was there. I'm sure with quite a few others.

16 people left on the beta team...but the tips being released today are first come first served. The server is still duplicating orders that are placed within a fraction of a second of each other...so if you manage to get through the checkout don't get your hopes up until you get a tracking number. Again I am SO very sorry about the inconvenience, and disappointment this causes. Dan is researching what the problem is as we speak so that he can get it cleared up.

TierraTaz...I never wanted to waste your (or anyone else's) time. Perhaps I should have said that I would be releasing the tips throughout the evening.
What-working for others and not just us-the shame of it all. I don't get it

I've been desperate for one of these for a while now but have always missed them. I can't stand the plastic/acrylic ones because I can always taste plastic over my vape.. Sooo excited to finally get one!

It was hard to tell in the Matt batch, but I thought 2 looked like they would suit me very well. just need to see better pics. So I was refreshing every few seconds.....all day long. Hoping to see them. They haven't got up yet.
What about a random # generator of each tip and those liking that particular one? At least that would be fair and keep the website stable. Of course after we had a chance to look at the good pics first. ;-) All I know is this is way worse than a reo release ever thought of being. I know several who have flat out given up hope. I'm sure that is not what Bert or his buddies want.

What about just having a wait list ? This has drove me nuts all weekend. I understand your predicament but surely there has to be a better way than having us all pressing F5 for an entire weekend and then still ending up disappointed.
