Ok, I DO have to figure out din din (as I said, no DH to cook for me). Anyway to make pork chops without a breading/coating and still have them be moist and delish and not terribly chubby chubby?

Actually Delilah that was a true mystery sale. We had no idea what we were getting. I do remember in Bert's old picture thread someone got one that was very close to that one. We need to find that picture and person and maybe we can trade for it. (just a thought)
