Actually? How much would the price increase for the added work on your end, Bert? If it's by a large margin, I would rather have you just offer the alternative rings at cost for those that are experiencing issues? Would that be a problem?

Edit: I also don't like the idea of slowing production to put more time into added work on your end.... So I pick option C

Don't do anything that makes it harder for you to keep up with a demand that already exceeds supply. I've never had one that was too big - maybe tight - but still usable. And for anything too small, the thread trick works just fine. I've got one tip that I only use one o-ring on - problem solved.

Bert, I have used all my tips in different cartos and atties. All fit, some a little snugger than others but they all worked. I have bought several extra o-rings from you and have yet to use any of them. I say keep doing what our doing and offer the o-rings for purchase if people need a change.

I have learned to catch things by putting a bowl over it and then sliding a paper plate underneath. Then I take it outside.

I have tried that Sun, but I find that most of my dates are not amenable to that idea... And most of them won't fit under a plate.
