Bulgogi ala Willow and Pa Jun ala Mainspring. Marinated pan seared rib eye strips with scallion pancakes, jasmine rice and sweet/sour/spicy dipping sauce.
Willow. I followed your recipe but added haricot verts for some color and veggie nutrition. Had everything in the pantry and fridge except for the rib eye.

heeheeee! I remember when I first started cooking -- I was intimidated and followed recipes all the time.. Nowadays I can do the pinch of this and that, but not at first
I can't tell you how many times I botched up rice!
