Thanks katester. Although Sera and I are not ECF Vets. We both quit stinkies last July. I did not find ECF until December. Lurked for a bit. Thought it was a cult. Turns out I was correct. Joined in January and assimilated Sera into the fold in March.

MMMmmmm the Bulgogi pic made me hungry but since I ate supper hours ago I decided to put a pot roast, potatoes, carrots and onions in the crock. Love the crock pot, best invention ever devised for the kitchen, well one of the best anyways. I really love my nu wave oven better.

Thank you everyone for your congratulations. It has been great. I can breath again and hopefully stay healthy for my wonderful wife and beautiful daughter. We did it for ourselves and for our little one.
