Thanks. I saw the ones you were offering for sale. They are really nice but not for me. I prefer the textured ones and was hoping you had some you wanted to sell also. Ohhhh well. I'll just wait on moo then.

Now Deli surprised me big time today. She managed to score one of the USMC trippys and sent it to me. How sweet is that!

It's gorgeous and I love it. I'm wondering if it's one of the first edition USMC trippys because to o-ring area is different than the trippys being made now and the entire tip is heavier/thicker than most trippys are.

It looks like there is confetti floating in the clear glass.

evilferret,
I posted this earlier but I'm certain there are still plenty of adjustments to be made. I'll try another build tomorrow and attempt to adjust the air flow, wraps and wick configuration.

Anychance for a pic of your current coil/wick?

I see most people gave suggestions and really have nothing else to put in.

Hope you get it working! I keep hearing a REO + an ERA is like bee's knees.

And yep, ECF been super laggy for me the last few days.

Not sure if you mentioned but what gauge wire are you using?

For 32g that looks like way too many wraps to get any flavor out of unless you got a VV (for my personal tastes but might be for you too).

Have you metered the resistance on the coil? This would give us a lot of useful info.

I'm using a VV REO @ up to ~4.5V; I went down to 3.8V but no real flavor change.
32AWG kanthal A-1 that comes with the ERA.
(6) 3/32" wraps with about 2 Ohms measured after installing coil into ERA.
2mm Silica wick (folded in half and inserted into coil.)
