Hmm do you think they didn't do any folds? And just wrapped on a single leg then fed the other side of the silica around the post, back between the posts and under the coil?

Here I drew this up really quick, pardon the quality but I did it really fast and I'm also no Fisty

That looks interesting, I'll have to try that set-up on my A7.

How can an atomizer be so juicy it gurgles, but at the same time burn?

It gurgles because it's happy! :D
Seriously, I'm no expert, but I think it means it's topped off; don't add any more for a bit.

Nice selections, Damselle :)

And Amber, I so love that tip, I'm so jelly (sorry Ben, I had to do it :p)

I would be happy with any rebuildable so gratz on the purchase..... if only, if only, they didn't cost so freaking much! lol

Shoot me a PM and I can hook you up with one, Odi. I got two of the Chinese DID clones from one of the co-ops for absolutely dirt cheap, I don't use them all that often and have other genisis attys so I could spare one

Hi all!! Been busy buying..lol I just bought a Penelope I think it will let me learn what to do and then I will get my ihybrid:)

Penelope is awesome. It's a whole different animal to an iHy, but it is IMHO one of the best silica rebuildables available once you get the hang of building it. I use mine almost daily. If you need any help with it don't be afraid to ask for pointers, I'm more than willing to help :)

I wish I could answer that. I had a couple "custom spec" 306 attys that gave me burnt hits no matter how much I flooded them . . . I just gave up and tossed them after maybe 20 minutes of trying to get them to work. With the luck I've had with different brands of attys, I've given up on trying anything new and just stick with the ones that have always worked well for me.

I agree kill there are just some atties that don't want to work and there is no way to get them to work, it like getting bad carto's you get 1 or 2 every once in a while unfortunatly

the only thing i can think might be wrong is the air holes are too small, does the pull seem tight damselle ?

The A7 mentioned draws air from underneath so their could be juice gurgle but the coil isn't drowning. That would be exactly what an HH.357 feels like and my Joyes gurgle a little when first squonked. Brew

I didn't notice that...I blew it out and it seems to be working a little better.

Here's what I saw in the REO thread that got me started on the single loop juice well.

The first is not nearly as clean as latter design. Although it might be a bit better than mine
loopedwick.jpg

This is the holy Grail that I've yet to master
Sketch.jpg
This is how it looked and I notice it's a 4 coil which might be required to get the wick to easily loop
