It's cuz your too damn hard on them I've been using Trippys for about a year and only had to replace a couple do to my Cinnabomb swelling them. All I do is lick the orings some put a little juice on them then carefully twist the tip while pushing it on easy peasy:p

Sent while Hyper Vapin a Trippy Tipped Reo

I took a little inventory while the race was under caution. All 3 of the broken o-rings were on TT's that I got off the classifieds, so I don't know what kind of juices were used with them or how they were treated.

I'll shoot Bert a PM during the week and see if I can pick some up at ACE or Home Depot. I know he doesn't have any extras 'cause you kept shootin' 'em out the sliding glass doors at butterflies.

The o-rings do break from drying out mostly and pulling the tips in/out-in/out, and people use alcohol to clean them which also dries them out, the best thing you can do is put a little coating of Vaseline on them when you first install them and once in a while, just rub it on and wipe off the excess, this will prolong there life span, just a very light coating to make them shine. Home Depot sells Danco Brand o-rings and they have the right size, I forget what it is since its been a while that I've purchased them but something like 6mm OD X 4MM ID or USA = 1/4" OD X 1/8'' ID,, take an old one with you when you go to Home Depot so you can match em up :)

Sorry you are in a mood Blue. Same kind of day here but not craving sugar -- fussing with crappy old boge cartos. The carto that came with my new tank is punched but the hole is so small I suck the carto dry. I took it out and punched a new hole and bent the dang carto a tiny bit and now it doesn't want to go back in. I got out another carto and punched it, bent it slightly - just enough that while I am standing there trying to get it up into the top cap most of the juice ran out into my hand. Then the carto went through and doesn't want to come back out. Damnation! This little tank is real fragile -- not like the nice thick phiniac tanks.

Afternoon Tipsters, Just a quick little visit. Porsche has to go and be tested today to keep her certificate as "Assistant Care Dog".
I just hope she is on her best behaviour and doesn't get distracted when the instructor asked her to do something.
Just taken her to the off leash park to wear off some of her energy and I am giving her a strick talking to on how to behave.
Now it's up to her.
Just kidding she will be fine.
Back later to fill you all in.

Hi folks! Sorry to hear about your day, Blu, I commiserate.I've had a rough weekend myself. First trouble: I got my tank for my pipe yesterday. The damn thing leaks! The o-rings are crap! The saving grace is that with the long 510 adaptor that comes with it, I can hang my own tanks on the pipe. Right now I've got a standard Phiniac on it. It's a bit wide at 25mm. I tried a DCT tank, which is 19mm wide and the look is better, but the color sucks, lol. So I've ordered a clear 19mm xl tank from IBTanked. That way, I can use my 1.7ohm resurrectors and not the boges (I agree, there's still a taste issue with some of them).
Which brings me to my second tale of woe: I was planning on taking pictures of the various tanks on my pipe to show to y'all and I managed to drop my new camera and break the damn thing! I need to wrap a new coil for my A7 and frankly, I'm afraid to given the way things are going.
Blu as far as the tasteless thing goes, the advice I've used is drink lots of liquid and vape menthol at 100% VG. Or vape the stuff you don't like. :D
