Cyclin, I'm using 32g Kanthal wire and a variety of wicking materials; so far I've tried cotton wicking and some braided silica wick I got from RTD. I torch the wire before winding, but not the wick. I'm pretty sure you shouldn't torch cotton wick, lol. I"m guessing it's more a matter of practice than anything else. I"ve only wrapped 3 so far; no shorts, and they came out at 1.2, 1.8 and 2.5 respectively. It's more a matter of getting them to wick properly than anything else.

Hi all! Working for free, that ain't cool.

Well ya know I started working the 2nd job, which is just baby sitting for my sister's 4 mo. old 7am to 4pm. Well, this past Thursday after my night shift at the hotel they informed me that they sold the hotel and that I just finished my last day there that the new owners took over the next morning. All I can say is YES! I am having a blast baby sitting and now my sister is gonna bring the baby to my house instead of me going over there. So really it's all worked for the best.

Yeah, practice makes perfect. If your wick isn't wicking, maybe your coils are wrapped too tight and choking the wick. Alternatively, if one of your wraps is too far from the wick it can give you a dryish or burned tasting hit, I get that every once in a while on my Penelope. On the A7 (that's what you're using, right?) try keeping your wraps just a little loose around the wick, then fluff the wick so that it fills the wraps and all of them are touching wick. Depending on the cause of your issues that might give you a good result

Sashwa, I hated working there. They've always been underhanded about stuff. I hated the way they did people. So I'm glad to be away from there. Think I'll draw unemployment til after the Holidays then really hit net with apps for other area Hotels. I'd really like to go back to school and I've always wanted to do phelbotomy. That's pretty standard nowadays to not give any notice. Most companies do that to make sure you don't slack off on your last few days or steal anything

Well, I knew something was up when the housekeepers supplies was down to nothing. We had no trash bags for me to fold. Yep!, they had me to fold trash bags at the front desk. Poor housekeepers where watched like a hawk. I had to check their carts every evening and count stuff.

I'll see if I can come up with a special Berrylicious recipe for you,,, as of late I have been doing A Lot with natural Whole leaf Tobacco's as well as using that as my base to make other juices, adding in vanilla's, creams, and even a fruit, but I'll see what I can do Amber I actually need one of those for myself as well

Reid, just take a toothpick or something and kinda wiggle it around to loosen the braiding of the wick so that it "fluffs" out a bit and fills your coil wraps better.

I'd be tempted to, myself. Walmart right next door to me has a whole endcap of boxes of them on sale for 2/$5. I could easily quadruple my money and still undercut most of the other auctions
