I just ran down to Charlotte to get a new charger since I'm pretty lost without my Provari and I don't know how long it will take them to send my charger from the hotel in Pittsburgh.

It was a madvapes retail store, the guy behind the counter loved my Trippies, so I gave him one of Bert's cards.

How is their store? I was bummed that i didn't get a chance to stop in when I was in Charlotte last winter. I was there for a seminar, in class during most of their open hours and my hotel was too far from the shop to make it before closing

Sorry to hear about your granmother (((hugs))) 94 is quite a respectable age, though One of my grandmothers passed about a month ago, right after her 92nd birthday. Hope I can make it to such a ripe old age, myself

Home finally. I've had this clicking noise for the last three days while driving down the road, figured I had a rock in my tread and kept forgetting to look for it and dislodge it. Well, it wasn't a rock . . . fortunately the screw was sealing against the rubber so I hadn't been losing air, but that changed as soon as some nimrod (me) fiddled with it Turned out to be a 2" long sheet metal screw, no idea where I picked that up
So I threw on my temp and got back to Keene just before the shop I'd bought them from closed. Only cost me $3.95 to patch it I didn't realize their warranty was 90 days for punctures, way longer than anywhere else I've gone to in the past

It made for a long day, what with two round trips to Keene, but all in all not so bad since I'd expected to shell out some $$ for a whole new tire and didn't need to in the end. Now I'm home chillaxin' with some AVE Chai and life is good

I went to one of their smaller retail stores because it was a little closer to my house, but it was still pretty cool. The people working there were super cool, and they were drooling over my tips. Turns out the one guy had just purchased his first Phiniac tank, so I told him he probably needed a Trippy to go with it. They had some beautiful e-pipes, but I behaved and just picked up my charger.

And I'm glad I did behave, because I just picked up this:



And I agree, I'll be very happy if I'm lucky enough to make it to 94! My Grandma was a super awesome lady and well, I think truthfully, I've just been very fortunate where family is concerned in general. I also got to take the hubby with me and show him a lot of places he's only heard my stories about, so it was definitely not an entirely sad trip. Triggered some sadness about my Dad, but I think that's still going to happen for a while.

Those pipes, those are the acrylic ones they have on their site? I remember seeing those and thought they were kinda cool. I'm not really an e-pipe kinda guy, though (which has probably saved me a LOT of money given my penchant for collecting mods without intending to)

Yeah, I think they are the acrylics from the site. All I can say is the purple one they had there was super cool looking. The purple color was amazing.

I know the one guy said they are also carrying some pipes from epipemods.com at one of the other locations.

It was a nifty shop and only about an hour away, so I'll probably head back again at some point. Nice to have a vapor shop around that's not just a mall kiosk.

Nice snag, Jim I didn't see that one when I was browsing, but I did see this cute little flatmouth (maybe, it looked like one) with rainbow swirls on it that made me think of you (gone now, though, so I don't have the pic)

well I just got 12 more tanks lol and need tips for them. that's 2 down 10 to go lol.

Bert I have a question for you or Amber or Freddy or Dave etc.... lol. Ocd from IBTank sent me a .... load of extra glass tubes he had that he couldn't sell because I wanted to either paint them or try to decorate them and use the throw aways as practice. Any Advice?
