From your firmware version displayed in the picture, your 1910 updates ahead of my SS model ;) Nice to see yours came with ss tc, so it means they have finished it. When I email staff they cannot deny releasing the update "because it isn't finished" - there is proof!

Well. No. Their website says efun.top never got original product from them.. iow I shouldnt have an authentic nugget..

you see that def! they finally put SS in the firmware. now the question is, "how is the SS TC on this device?" might have to visit efun. i really don't need this mod, at all. i have the extra dough though, so i might as well just get it.

i can almost guarantee you have an authentic nugget. just like fasttech, efun get their product from suppliers at a very low cost and they can't disclose who the supplier is for fear of getting them in trouble and not beiñg able to offer us low prices. SMY says the same thing about their products sold from fasttech. "could be counterfeit" lol, ya ok SMY, nice try.

@cowfood I have a question for ya since you have a more recent firmware, if you can test it for me please.

The nugget is my only tc mod, so I dont know alot about that subject.

I left it in tc mode with the supplied tank, and then swapped to a rta with kanthal, completely forgot about tc mode and it STILL FIRED at the set watts for tc... the temperature didn't show up, but it shows 20w (whatever is set) being supplied when you fire the mod.

Can you check and see if that still occurs?
For tc mods, I expected an error message or something. Seeing as the coil was 1.2ohms, I didn't expect the tc mode to opperate....

Well, with a kanthal atty, herakles hydra, 1.8 ohm I was able to fire it in SS tc with 25 watt limiting, for 4 seconds, it then popped into power mode at 30 watts. Same happened in ni mode. This is the chip saying nope, wrong coil. Did this with a nautilus mini, 16 watts max, popped into 30 watts power mode, oof.. anyhow, not a problem, expected behavior

There is a file in the folder to install a driver so you don't need that cord.

The issue is with the cord tho I beleive. They come with a "charging only cable"(2 pin), and from what I understand there are 3 different types of "data cables"(5 pin).

Most device makers use the same "pin layout" but there are few that like to switch it up :/ I personally have 2 cords with different layouts, but I don't have the 3rd type which I'm assuming is what artery used...

If the representative emails back, I'm going to see about the situation :/

Well, I installed the driver, infact even tried the latest version for windows 10. Went looking in cntrl panel for the new com lpt section, or an "other" section nada, not available. Of course my laptop does not have any rs232 ports. Used the checker tool to see if any of the com ports this driver opens opened, nothing.. Im using a known good data cable, so yes, I am in agreement its a proprietary data cable needed.
