Okay, I remember when trying to scrape $2 for a pack of smokes daily was a challenge in high school without a job, but middle school??!?!
I think I know why e-caigs are such a huge target, without getting into politics I will just say that with the current policital setting(s) along with the success of the e-cig 'they' simply want to regulate the most efficient and cost effective way to blow 'smoke' up arses. HA!!
