How does this
the devices are becoming enormously popular among teens and even those younger, says the Campaign for tobacco-Free Kids and other health advocacy groups.

Square with this.
"There is not yet much scientific evidence about e-cigarettes and kids yet, because these new devices have not been tested extensively," Dr. Matthew Davis,

A very poorly written article imo. It like to make a big deal about the Canada ban since it supports the misleading premise of the article, but fails to mention the New Zealand study (as per usual).

Ya just got to love it when someone spews this stuff out but doesn't have a comment section for rebuttal.

I will say, I'd like to see rules and regulation for the making of the liquid and it made illegal to sell to kids (something that the majority of vendors do on their own already---but there are always the few that don't give a damn).
And the reason the kids went so far away from home to get it: Other kids found a vendor that sells to kids and the word is spreading---so it's time to go after THAT VENDOR. Another reason, they don't want their parents knowing what they are doing.
But the tone of this article is to have the e-cig flat out banned and to do so is soooo wrong. No one is screaming to have cars banned just because underage kids decided to drive.
