Is it like cartomizers/atomizers where i have to throw em away when its no good? or Are they keepers?
I think many people have tried to clean them but its not easy because how much juice is in there due to the amount of material in there.
all clearo/carto/atomizers are disposable due to gunk build up however some are easier to replace such as vivi nova's and vision v3's cuz you can just replace the coil part not the whole device.

Cartomizer/ Carto- metal tube with stuffing and element. Holds anywhere form 1- 4 ml of juice. Carto is fully saturated and must be occasionally refilled when juice runs out. My Cartos last 1-2 weeks. Best Cartomizer I’ve found is the Smok Tech XL 1.7 single coil. Boge 2.0 ohm cartos will give a cooler vape. Always use single coil cartos with 3.3- 3.7 PVs for the best vape.

with the carto tank you just fill the juice in the tank then the juice gets wicked into the carto from the small hole on the side. sometimes you see people punch holes on the carto thats why.
How do u punch a hole?? Should i buy 1 tank or 2? I usually vape 2 flavors Menthol and Coffee
you use a hole puncher or you can buy pre-punched cartos.
you should always buy some extras just in case one goes pop and you have nothing to vape.
Remember to put the drops of e liquid in the cartomizer and put a broken tooth pick or something a little way in the hole so you don't flood the airway with juice. The juice needs to soak awhile to completely saturate the coils area but not overflow into the air hole ( which you will see when you get it.)
Try one with extra replacement cartos but 2 will give you the option to vape 2 flavors instead of one. Might be more successful that way. If you buy it you can read a lot things online here on ecf to get you educated about it.

Anyways so the only item i need to replace is the pre punch cartomizers right?? The Glass tank doesnt need to be replace?
If you like to have 2 flavors going, I would recommend 2 tanks.
If you buy the Boge F16 cartos, they come with a hole already in them, so you don't need to punch anything. I'd buy at least a box or two of cartos (they come in boxes of 5) to get you started.
Correct, the carto is the only thing you replace.
That tank is not glass though, and might EVENTUALLY need replacing. I don't know how long that might be, but 2-3 tanks should keep you going for a long time to come.
