He quit smoking for nine months, by switching over to the ecig instead and has been vaping for 9 months. mmmmm, is it just me, or do you guys also think that he would have been dizzier than sin at least 8 months 29 days and 23 hours sooner?
I bet he heard the FDA propaganda, the politicians spread of that propaganda, freaked, had a severe anxiety attack, and went back to smoking like the propaganda suggests he do. Where's a lawyer when ya needs one eh.

My completely unsubstantiated impression...
He quit smoking using e-cigs, made a big whoop-dee-doo about it, then started smoking cigarettes again. A fan saw him and asked why he was smoking (this part appears consistent in the longer reports)...and he lied. He made up a story about why he was smoking again. Perhaps he exaggerated a bit (he's creative, ya know) and might even have been drunk or something (what do I know?). It just seems like a story someone made up on the spot without thinking about how stupid it sounded.

Well, he did manage to make at least 30 people think Guns n' roses seemed vaguely relevant..... He's winning....
