Colors change from time to time, I have 2 bottles of 555 that look just like that. Wow Peppermint is crazy good isn't it. Clouds of minty vapor...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! I'm stalking Wader waiting for him to announce the arrival of a new batch.
Pop the tops on the bottles, they should smell the same. Wow Peppermint also make a great mixer, once a carto starts to fade put a couple of drops of your Wowboy mixture in it.....I think you'll like it!

To use V4L cartos on my eGo I bought this adapter. It is adjustable. Turn the center slot counter-clockwise (I use the rounded side of a small paperclip) until you have the air flow you like. Works beautifully. Hope this helps
Edit: adjust the adapter only after taking it OFF both the battery and carto.

Hey Oldies! Happy Friday! I got the USB charger with my last order, put a battery on to charge it (about 6 hours ago) and the light (on the charger) is still blue. Does it change colors when it's fully charged like the wall charger does, or do I have to guess when it's complete? Thanks!

Is the Wowboy 0mg clear because there is no nic in it? The color of 18mg is the same as the 36mg. They both smell like Wowboy. Looking for a logical reason if any. I didn't get Peppermint juice yet, just the cartos but I like your mix idea. A little Peppermint in Cowboy might be good too.

Got the adapter included in a deal on the classifieds. It came on a 901 atty that i got with some ego battys
I use an adapter on a mod and 901/808D to 510 or a 901 to 510 are the same thing. Whether you hit up Mad Vapes or Good Prophets 808D's are sold as a 901. Most places charge way too much for adapters, but GP sells them for .99 which is pretty hard to beat.

I don't have any draw issues, but I guess you could drill out the center hole a little. At .99 get 2 and try drilling one out.
Curious to know where you got your adapter and if it's for an 808 or an 808D?
Cartos vary considerably in this regard; some I can refill 5 or 6 times before washing, others 8 to 10 or even more in a few cases. A typical refill for me involves dripping into the side of the wick somewhere between 10 and 25 drops. After 4 or 5 refills, if the carto saturates at 10 drops or less, I am pretty sure it is no longer absorbing much juice due to reduced wicking performance / viscous residue buildup in the wick. Otherwise, the best way to tell is if they don't last as long after refilling - this is the usual case for me. When they only last a couple of hours or less after 10 - 20 drops, where a normal carto usually lasts 4 - 5 hours, into the wash bucket they go. In general, you can just tell after gaining a few months of experience.

If you've smoked.......well never mind, yeah resin build up on the bottom of the Carto. I also find that Cartos that start becoming harder to draw on after a couple of cleanings are destined for the garbage.
Cool Cartos seem to be best if you want 30-40 uses out of them. Wow Cartos tend to burn a hole through the wick after a couple of washings, you'll feel it on your lips as an isolated hot spot on the Carto.
I have 2 old Mocha Frappe Cool Cartos that have been cleaned 10 times or so and I don't think they will ever die. These 2 Cartos have probably had 90ml's put through them...it's crazy.
If I am batch cleaning, after I am done and the Cartos are dry I give them a test draw. Any that still have a hard draw, I remove the rubber stopper and toss in the garbage. I figure if they are still hard to draw on without juice, they will be even worse with juice. The odd thing is the hole always seems clear, but the draw performance is compromised.....why is that?
As well I only use thin juices which I think makes a big difference in Carto longevity.

Even if you clean them, that burnt taste is generally a singe hole in the wick. A singe hole will then put heat directly on the polyfill and no matter how many cleanings will always alter the taste dramatically.

I have found they get very hard to draw. Even then, they can be cleaned and boiled. I find I can usually refill 5-8 times before they get

my adapter must be faulty, it works fine with a 901 atty but when i put the V4L cartos on i get almost no air flow at all
