When I pulled the top cap off there wasn't even liquid at the bottom by the lower coil. The bottom coil isn't getting fed either. I think if these people are legit getting heads that work well those holes must drilled a little bigger then the one we are getting. I mean that filler material acts like a wall and blocks those two little holes. The material is very dense and doesn't absorb very easily.

who would we contact and voice our opinions?

I'm a with you on the 'legit' part as well. I explained my doubts as to another posters experience with the 1.8ohm bdc heads on a 'basic non-VV battery' just vaping 'clouds of flavor'. The most powerful basic would be an ego, and it would barely be able to push 4w on both coils simultaneously on pass-through not even taking into account voltage drop.

Here's the thing though, if the top wick is bone dry and burning through, and fluid is leaking into the head like I suspect in the 'working' heads, then someone could indeed be vaping an aspire bdc on a basic ego with a decent vape as it's just a single coil 1.8 ohm head at this point. It would also explain the number of people with 'working' heads being the ones mentioning leaking after a while and the source of the leak.

Would that also explain the pull variance between a head with major pulling issues like you have to suck it like an industrial strength vacuum cleaner to get a hit on some heads while others like the gem I've had for 3 days pulls beautifully? Like the best draw I've ever had from clearo.. Airflow btw didn't make much of a difference with this as I've tightened/ loosened connection to battery on the bad one with no difference to the draw. Also those had a burnt horrible taste very soon while I'd say 2 outbid 5 from my pak tasted perfect and has been a delight to vape for almost 3 weeks each..

ladies and gentleman i think i found the answer to our worries to those of use using the ets aspire pyrex tank. ok, so i was on novabroadcasting watching a show and they recommended drilling out one of the holes on the sides so you get better air flow. because i was telling them it wouldnt wick. i did and much much better.

the larger air hole is really making this thing start to shine. they also told me the heads take a few tank fulls to break in. its working so far. try it out. only drill out 1 hole not both. both will make it too airy and you might get bad wicking again.

edit** the flavor isnt %100 maybe %60 at the moment but no dry hits which is better.
