I am sorry for posting another "fix my issue" thread, I did search the forum first and didn't see the same issue I'm having. I have become very frustrated and didn't know what to do.

I purchased an Aspire Nautilus from MtBakerVapor along with a 5 pack of atomizers and some ejuice. When I got the package in the mail I put juice in the tank right away and it sat for almost 2 hours while I finished the yard work. Later when I came back and went to test it out I was very surprised. I have heard a lot about this Nautilus being amazing and was very excited to have one. I set my SVD to 3.2v just to try it first and I got no vapor, I turned it up higher and still nothing. Eventually I started to get small amounts of vapor that tasted a little tiny bit like the juice but mostly like chemicals. I figured maybe the head is bad, so I switched it for one of the replacements in the pack I bought and got the same issue after priming and letting it sit.

I tried every little trick I read online about loosening the top or bottom part of the tank, dropping juice right into the atomizer, letting it sit overnight and everything else. This morning after trying it again I was just fed up, went to the local store and bought some of the BVC atomizers I read about. These are supposed to not burn as easily and work a lot better. This exact same issue is STILL happening! I don't understand it! I tried the tank on different mods, tried different juice and even tried the juice in other tanks which works fine. The current new BVC atomizer I have in now gives me about the same amount of vapor as a BLU but still tastes like burning tires/chemicals. I am so lost and frustrated/sad right now, it sucks. :(:(

TL;DR
Bought new Nautilus, using on itazte SVD. Tried 6 different atomizer heads and all give little to no vapor with a burning chemical taste that gave me a huge headache. Tried other juice and mods, juice is great in another tank. :(:(

ok I have a 5ml nautilus. I use both the BVC and BDC. the only thing is I didn't see what ohm you are using, but I use 1.6 ohms so I can use it on my MVP 2.0 and on my smoktech 18650 turbo mod. when I put a new coil in I put 5 drops of e-juice in the coil itself I fill the tank 3ml because you cant fill al the way without spilling when you put the bottom on. I then hold the top where the drip tip goes and screw on the bottom: here is the import part which I did not read on your post either. there are four or five air hole settings for different needs make sure you have it on one you can see a hole to then inside, everything should work then. unless you have a bad coil.

What setting do you have it on. By this I mean airflow. Do you know that there are four openings. If you are using a 1.6 coil then 3.2 is a great starting point. If you are using 1.8 coils you should start @ 3.8 and work up slowly. 4.5 seems to be a good place for me. I'm using 4 different nautilus tanks all with the BVC coils. I've been using them since August 6th and I get an average 7-10 days of each coil. I'm vaping 50/50 juice but it seems a little heavier than other 50/50 blends. Also DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE BASE TO TO THE TANK.

I tried it with all 4 airflow settings in different combinations between 3-4.5v. I'm using 50/50 juice and tried the tank every way from super loose to very tight and between.

I have tried it on my SVD and ego twist. Is there any way these are just screwing with it for some reason? They both have been working perfectly for over six months, and still work great with my Protank and Igo-w.

ive had base to pin contact before, and I bought a (female/male 510-510 adapter) and a (510- to ego) adapter. ive not looked at my nautilus base before; I use them for my aerotank mega, it helped. besides bad coils, no contact, and /or (this im not sure if your mod does)
but my MVP checks ohms, and if yours does, and its not the same or like point 1 to half a point high you probably have a short. use a ohms meter if you have one.

check your nautilus base, inside where you screw the atomizer into it the should be a small little spring, obviously if this is missing it wont power up

Wow I can honestly say I have never heard of the problem you're experiencing. JHDublin's suggestion seems like the most plausible after everything else you've tried.

Ok so I just took it apart and checked that pin. There is a little spring in there and it all seems to be working okay. Also I have the SVD and have been checking the ohms, they are almost always what it says on the box.

Just trying again at 4.3v on my twist and getting barely any vapor that tastes horrible. I should be getting a ton more.

So confused...
