aspire tastes like perspire

probably a thread on this somewhere. vaping boba's bounty for two weeks out of boge carto's. got my aspire in yesterday and couldn't wait to try it. Nasty. Dumped out first fill of boba's ran warm water thru the aspire let it sit refill, first two drags ok and then this foul taste. rinsed it again let it sit overnight, it's hopeless.
i'm not sure if it's a plastic taste but that's my first guess.
Has this been a problem? thanks

did you clean it BEFORE first try ?

I'd say give it a good cleaning
(a VODKA soak)

then start again

just heard too many people say they are impressed by the performance

yeah, no i didn't clean it first. i've seen the reviews and they are great including Phil's but this is really rank. I don't drink so i'll have to figure out where a liquor store is. LOL
the performance is great, hits like a freight train which makes it even worse.

I've used vivi nova's a lot in the past but they never did this to a juice I emailed the vendor.

Not sure on the Aspire...but Protank coils the dry hit armpit taste can easily be cured by a very simple cotton flavor wick swap (I have recently learned to at a minimum RINSE said cotton or it tastes like you gargled hydrogen peroxide) all my PT and/or EVOD bottom coils are running like a champ

Not sure how to do that with an aspire...maybe drill out the juice wick holes (I hear bobas is a pretty thick juice)
