I'm surprised so many people are saying subtank. I have 2 subtanks and haven't ordered the Atlantis for a couple reasons. The coils didn't appeal to me. They recommended the 1 ohm coil be run at way higher wattages than what I would want to run it at leading me to believe they use resistance and non resistance kanthal. Also the drip tip not being replaceable in the v2 was a huge turn off.

Aside from those two things my nautilus was a perfect tank. No leaks or anything. No dry hits, nothing. No issues and easy to maintain and clean. I went with the subtank because it came with the rebuildable section and the coils seemed to be compatible with my provari as far as recommended wattages and such. I now build my own so that doesn't really matter.

I guess my point is that my subtank leaks like crazy some days. I would much rather have easy refilling and a tank that doesnt leak. I know from my past experiences with aspire that this tank will be reliable and easy to use. I would take aspire over kanger any day. All of my kanger tanks have leaked. If you don't want any hassle go with the triton

I would recommend the Subtank myself. I have two and they are both flawless performers. The Triton looks nice but the RBA for it looks needlessly complicated. I know a lot of people prefer top fill to bottom fill or the adjustable air flow of the drip tip so the Triton might appeal to them. Ironically enough, I was shopping around on FastTech the other day and found a replacement (clone) tank for the Subtank that has top fill holes and a few drip tips that have air flow so that's going into the cart for my next purchase and I'll get back to you guys on how my mutant Sub-Triton tank works.

I have several sub ohm tanks.....Kanger subtank mini; VaporFi Volt; Joyetech Delta II; Project Sub-Ohm Saucecode; and the new Aspire Triton. The subtank mini leaked constantly no matter what I tried. I even sent it back to Kanger hoping they could find out why it was leaking and fix it which they were unable to do (even after replacing seals and airflow valve). I got the Volt because it was supposed to be an improved version of the subtank mini but it leaks also. The Delta II doesn't have the flavor that the subtank mini and the Volt have BUT it does not leak! The Saucecode is a pretty good tank. It does leak occasionally but is fairly easy to fix. The Triton....I have only had for a week but I have had no leaks and the flavor is very good. I haven't had a chance to try out the RBA yet but it looks very easy to use (Aspire even includes detailed instructions on how to coil/wick it and included pictures). So, I would recommend the Triton.

I've been reading a lot in this thread that folks are experiencing leaking with the Kanger subtanks. I can say from personal experience, that as long as the orings are good shape and not installed upside down, they shouldn't leak. I have 4 of them and have never had one leak from any of them.

I know the Kanger is an older design, but they just got it right. And, I can rewick the stock horizontal coils anytime I need to. That's a huge plus for anyone on a budget. Cause lets face it, the coils are costly and it's a waste to simply throw them away after one use.

I think that you are one of the lucky ones! I loved the flavor of the subtank mini. My subtank mini was leaking out of just about every hole there is on it: the bottom of the glass; the AFC holes; and the 510 pin. I tried replacing the O-Rings with the ones that came with the subtank mini (in the box)....it still leaked; I ordered the "new updated" O-rings from Kanger and installed them (still leaked) and reversed them (just in case they were upside down) (still leaked); replaced the AFC with the "new updated" one (still leaked); replaced the 510 pin and rubber seal (still leaked); and tried the stuff extra cotton into one side of the stock coil method....still leaked. Finally contacted Kanger and sent the tank to them so they could figure out what was going on and they replaced the seals and the AFC got the tank back and....it still leaked. I finally gave up on it and started searching for a sub ohm tank that does not leak but still gives good flavor and decent clouds.

Maybe so...geez...I'm so sorry you've had issues with yours!!!

I will admit that I am looking (with great interest) into the Triton tanks for my wife. She's still a mouth to lung hitter and with the available 1.8ohm coils and the ability to really tighten the draw, may be perfect for her. Truth be told, I wouldn't mind trying one with a .4ohm coil and air flow wide open. I really like the top fill idea!

I like the Triton so far....I have had it for a week. I haven't tried the 1.8 coil yet but I am very impressed with the .4ohm. I got my triton from a place called Maya E Store and used the code "first10" which dropped my price to $31.49 and they shipped it for free. I ordered it on a Fri and got it the following Monday. They were the cheapest I found (in the US) so, you might check them out if you don't want to order from China.
