About three to four weeks ago, I ordered the premium 100 kit from blu. Well it took long to get here, and in that time I bout two ego twist, later a zeus vape for life and finally a Provari. My intention, since it took so long to get here was to send the whole blu get back for my money. Because at that time I could have sworn I saw a thirty day money back guarrentee. Now, when I go on the site and talk through the chat function, it tells me that blu is no long accepting returns! I next asked, "What if my order was made before your policy change"? I was told it didn't matter; 30 day return refunds are no longer being supported! This is totally unfair, I bought the kit with that in mind. My advice to anyone getting into e-cigs, kit a ego-twist first, not a cheap cig kit. Yeah, people like the fact that it looks like a cig, but the performance was just not enough; for me! I'm going to try to trade or sell or may even give these things away. Yes, blu got me started on the e-cig wagon, but there less than stellar :mad:service and lack of integrity has left a sour (no, burnt taste of tobacco) in my in mouth!

Yep Lorillard pushing Blu real hard to squeeze every dime possible out of the biz....
"Although the acquisition of Blu eCigs was announced in the Spring of 2012, the Lorillard electronic cigarette segment only came into operation in the last quarter of the year. The recently revealed figures show Blu has contributed $39 million to the tobacco company’s total net sales, registering almost three times the sales of the previous quarter. According to the Daily Markets website, Blu electronic cigarettes contributed $61 million to Lorillard’s total net sales, since its acquisition. Gross profit was $16 million in the fourth quarter of 2012 (41% of net sales), and $21 million, (34.4% of net sales) for the entire year."
