Portguy: also a good idea but if you want to sealed the pin as I wrote before you can simple replace the bottom acetal with 4 orings 2X1.5mm (if you cant find them easy pls put a note in your next order and i will put them). If you have time pls make a test.

Konstantinos, I have one diver without any insulators (just bare metals only). Can I use o-rings to make insulators inside the atty and under (where the pin goes in)? What o-ring sizes do I need to pick up for that?

You need the upper acetal to insulate the negative. Without that i would not recommend it.

Yes. For the diver V1. But actually i think i dont need the o rings and acetal removal. The o-ring tape i made could not work more efficiently! And a piece of tape lasts forever.

Its not necessary, it is just an option. Portguy gave another one maybe smarter

Did you enlarge the channels of the CE2 or did it come like that?

about V1 and leaking..

I never had a problem with this, except in case the tank cant hold the vacuum
but I think if it leaks, it will go between the base and the ceramic

you can try to tighten it with a small piece of heat shrink tube.

I try with some pictures, thats more easy then in english
