Here are some pictures of my 1.3ohm Kanthal ribbon coil with 2mm silica in a ceramic before I put it in a Diver. I filled my tank with some juice that arrived in the late morning and it has been vaping great all day.

Crimp beads or not, it's a moot point- I can't find a Diver in stock anywhere. Elusive unicorn!

A few hours after I mentioned that I found one for sale, it was sold out. The clones seemed promising, but use chrome on brass for the rebuildable section. Like a cardboard horn stuck on a horses head!

Simply keep an eye on the Atmistique thread. Konstantinos regularly updates the Divers availability.

With regard making the NR-R-NR, twisting the said together is a simple task after a few attempts. However, I am getting tired of making these wire assemblies. I have 4 Divers, an Ody V2, an eBaron Dripper Pro, and an Ithaka, which all require this.

Yes, but if you check in the Euro Suppliers section, there are a couple of dedicated threads where Konstantinos will post the exact GMT time when items will be available again. You can also go to the Atmistique site and set up a notification email for every item you want.

I found a vendor in Malaysia that has some in stock, but international shipping is only done by special request and I can only imagine what that would cost.

I check the Atmistique website a few times a day as it is. That would be the first place to have them available, yes?

I'd sit tight and keep checking the Phiniac site, schnarph! They're carrying them now (not in stock at the moment), but I talked with someone from Phiniac last week and they said they were due to ship last Friday or today. I, too, have joined the hunt. :p

That would be awfully nice, considering I have over $100 in Phiniac store credit. I emailed them about the Diver and got no response on the subject.

Ahhh nice! It took a day or so for me to hear back as well. They're selling for $48.50 a piece. Seems like a pretty sweet deal, especially seeing as there's no wait time for it to get here from Greece :p Hopefully we can both get our mitts on at least one hahahaha

Thanks for the heads up, Andy!

You're quite welcome, GlassCasket.

The Diver is a great little device. A fellow member purchased one and was disappointed when he received one with a flange.

The Diver comes from Atmistique with the flange as the default. As such, Atmistique's vendors receive them with the flange. Flange-less Divers are released in small quantities and can be had directly from Atmistique.

I'm ordering, try this method out, because the Zapper is almost as much work as tying the wires, and it forces me to use nickel instead of silver.
Let us know what success you have with those crimp beads, if you don't mind.

I'm going to need some NR wire for this, and I know that silver conducts better than anything. Any disadvantages to using silver instead of nickel that I should be aware of?

Also, is anyone aware of replacement ceramic cups here in the states? I've found a couple of stateside vendors selling the eBaron which uses the same cups (or so I've heard), but the don't sell replacement cups.

Thanks for the help, it is appreciated!
