Its not possible to have short inside the base. Most possible the adjustable center pin maybe was touching the suround main body

I think the plastic part in the base was 180 degrees turned around which meant that the tiny grub screw ended up connecting the positive post to ground.

If the base was 180 degrees turned the little grub screw would not screw, because there is not a hole to screw from the other side (180 degrees. There are 3 holes in the base (from the side), the two are for airflow into the atomiser and the third (the one between the other two) is for stabilization of the base into it's position.

In the US, we say this was caused by "Gremlins".

So do i :( but we must restock some products before we begin Eviva again which consists from 19 different accessories

Great, K. I hope those new ceramic cups will be in stock soon. The slots in the old cups are just too narrow for me. Can't seem to build a cotton/microcoil setup so my Sophias and Divers are all silica wicked. I tried to set the coil higher as Kat suggested, but the vape is too hot with the whole coil exposed. I already broke several cups trying to enlargen the slots.

Strike you can take air from one hole, two holes or you can make a microtune from them. The third hole (center) has a screw inside which stabilize the base to the housing peek.

pmuniz we replace these with our latest driptips (a few Spinner they are left)

petemoss you can "wider" much easier ceramic slots if you use with your dremmel diamond or carvidium discs. For your microcoils you can use up to 1.3 drill. With the new ceramics you can use up to 2 drill.

Steve its our new reseller in Canada

I don't know why I asked that question when I answered it myself the second day I got it when I realized the third hole was for a single air hole. It was just one of those brain fart moments.
