Oh, and once you do get it right, you won't need to rebuild every few days. There's a video on how to use a torch to refresh a wick&coil in the CE2 ceramic for the eBDP (another great device). It makes silica or Ekowool white again, and clears off most of the juice gunk build up. I do that for my Divers and my eBDP, and they are like new.

Alright, So I have a single piece of 2mm eko and left a little extra to go around the cup. I cut the neg wire so it would sink past the top of the base and did a good prime. Everything seems to be working better but I am still getting a few dry hits. No gurgling though so that is one issue down. Thanks guys :)

That's good to hear. :) Be sure the juice hole isn't blocked by the wick. You really don't need any extra wick around the cup but if it works, great. Just make sure it isn't blocking the juice hole.

Pls forgive my late reply because of Scuba war today :). First of all I want to thank all who helped Maptec.

We test the Diver from 25% up to 100% VG without any problem.
Before we sell any product we first test them one by one. I cant promise that everything is perfect but i can promise that we try for it.
@Maptec as i see from your pic the wick in your setup was poor. I think this is maybe the reason u have over flooding.
I personally vape with double "Ekowool 1" and the result is very good than the regular silica. We will make a setup with "Ekowool 2" and inform u.
@Kataphraktos we never make anything in brass, which will contact mouth or liquid.

Hi divers,

Love this atty since the nearly first batch. Own 3 of them, but i have a problem with one.
Since a few weeks, many of my coil were shorted. I thought it was the connection NR/R/NR which was cutting, but I just saw that one joint miss... It's the one into the base, in which the ceramic cup take place. However sometimes it worked !!!
I don't know how i lost it, because i've tried to remove it in one of my working divers and i can't easily.
So question to the guys of Atmistique : i don't see this joint in spare parts on your website, is it possible to have a new one or what can i put into remplacement to avoid shorts ?
Thanks, and RIP cartomizer ;)

So funny thing. I got a coil working ok but still had some gurgling. Decided to pull it out and make a new one with the older cup that I had. 4 hours and no gurgling. Decided to tear both coils apart to inspect the cup and 2 of my 3 cups are different. They are just a hair smaller, Slits on the side are a bit wider and go lower on the cup, and the cup sits deeper in the diver while the one that originally came with it fits much more snug and sits higher. Everything is wicking and vaping quite nice :)
